Solid Choice with Attentive Management

A few call-offs or no-call/no-shows, or a couple of disinterested caregivers prevent a 5 rating. I would recommend Amada, but also to report to the manager any unapproved absences or disinterested caregivers. Amada will want to know if that happens. They are very good about responding.

Review for Amada Senior Care of St. Louis, MO

I'd say the administration staff was polite for the most part but seemed in a hurry when we have questions. The care staff has almost always been pleasant but training for caring and helping older patients around seems to be inconsistent as we've had a few different caregivers due to shifting schedules.

Great care givers and owners.

They were great. Loved them. All caregivers were punctual, friendly and professional. The owners and administrators I worked with made the entire experience easy and helped with my insurance company.

Unprofessional caregiver

Unprofessional in weekend office. Caregiver was late, had not eaten dinner and then just didn’t show. Did let office know for late and no show. Supervisor whom I initially spoke to was great. Unfortunately, others were not. Had to release entire company.

Our home care experience

We chose Amada Senior Care because they were immediately available in an emergency situation so they were very flexible. The only issue we had was that I asked them to let me know if they would send a new caregivers and sometimes that got lost in the shuffle. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend them.

If you want the best care for your loved ones, I would recommend Amada Care

The caregivers that they provide are friendly, courteous, and very helpful. Mostly they were good at communicating what was going on with my loved one's care. The cost was a little steep, but it was worth it.
