There is quite a bit of staff turnover and now there is new management taking over. The transition hasn't been smooth. Also, we've experienced significant annual rate hikes in the 2 year period we have been there. I would not recommend them at the current moment.

My family and I have had a great experience with Arden Courts Memory Care in Potomac for my dad. We were looking for a a facility that could take care of him and the advanced stages of dementia he lives with. [name removed] and her dedicated team have made him feel comfortable and at home beyond our expectations. The experienced on-site team gives us daily peace of mind knowing that he is being given the best care possible 24/7 and that's all we could ask for. The staff is very good. They all care about the residents and are very responsive. The communication is good too. The director and memory care advisor are wonderful people. Nursing and the life enrichment staff is very friendly and caring. Even the gentleman with maintenance is very friendly and keeps the homes very clean. While care may not be everything one may want, it is still very good. It's important to stay involved and participate in the care of your love one and engage with the staff. It makes a difference. This is by far the best community my mom has lived. This is third of three. The others were assisted living with memory care. It was time for my mom to be in a memory only.

Arden Courts is exactly the type of memory care facility we were looking for for my father. He has been well taken care of by the staff and he is very comfortable in his surroundings. For anyone looking for a quality memory care facility for their loved ones I would recommend you consider Arden.

Arden Courts is exactly the kind of care facility my mother in law needed for her advanced Alzheimer’s. It’s small enough so that she doesn’t get lost in the shuffle. It offers enough programs to keep her busy without offering programs she will never use. The staff is incredibly friendly and skilled. My Mom loves to walk outside so we are all excited about the planned construction to build a walking path around the facility.

After visiting numerous facilities, it became obvious that Arden Courts Memory Care Potomac was the right place for my husband. We had only 2 weeks to prepare him for the move to a new time zone. The entire Arden Courts staff was very supportive. Questions were answered right away. Documents were efficiently processed. Prescriptions were ready. Move-in day was better than anticipated. His studio room was well prepared. His dietary needs were met. There are many activities for him throughout the day. The facility seems right-sized (larger places caused anxiety & confusion). Everyone was welcoming. The staff kept me well informed of his status as he struggled to adjust. I could not ask for more professional care in dealing with his dementia.

My husband has been a resident at Arden Court of Potomac for almost 2 years, I have never regret my decision. I m grateful for the care and concern that has been shown to him and our family. I feel so welcome and comfortable every time I visit, I highly recommend this facility for anyone who is looking to a place for their love one.

I visit the facility at least once a week and got a chance to observe the care for the residents. The staffs are very professional , and helpful for the residents. They are also helpful for people working with the facility from other company .

My husband has been a resident for over a year. The staff is professional and caring. I feel welcome and informed.The entire staff looks out for the patients whether they are caretakers or from other departments such as food service or maintenance. I feel he is safe. So glad I made this choice. I highly recommend Arden Court of Potomac.

I had an amazing experience. I visited the facility for care of my husband. The charge nurse assisted me. She was very knowledgeable and caring. I did not feel like I was just a number. I felt as if I would give the care of my dear husband over to someone that I could actually trust, to have compassion for him, and to properly give him the care that he requires. She was very helpful in explaining the services and I would recommend this facility 10 times over.

I live in Florida and especially with the advent of Covid had not gotten to visit my mother who is a resident at the Arden Courts in Potomac. Luckily, I have family members nearby who see her regularly. I had the opportunity to visit her recently during the Thanksgiving holiday. The staff were so kind and courteous and helpful. I felt like there was more than enough staffing on-duty to provide care and attend to residents which was comforting. Some years in the past, this has not been the case. I had the opportunity to meet [name removed], the Executive Director who was lovely and attentive. I was impressed by the facility and staff and my impressions were only confirmed by family that regularly visits. I feel very comforted by the care my mother receives at Arden Courts and see in videos and pictures sent weekly by family how engaged and cared for she is by the staff. Look forward to visiting again soon.
