Great dementia care

It seems to be great so far, everybodies nice, theyre working with her and she seems to be getting along good there. There was a social worker and he worked real good with her and made sure he placed her in a nice place and this was where he was looking in the first place because it was long term and they had a dementia policy there also. When we got back we went and visited and we were really impressed with the place. It's a more secure palce and we feel that she's safe and they would contact us if anything happened. They're ahving a little picnic on the 7th and were going there to do it, we get over there as much as we can. They seem to be doing a great job, were very comfortable with her there and it gives us peace of mind.

Staffing issues at Bsrn Hill Care Center

Coming in front door things look beautiful in Hampton unit but other units horrible. As a patient I waited 3 days for my medications to come from their pharmaby. The building is terribly under staffed and over worked but Staff very caring. Food very good. Hampton unit beautiful but beyond that unit it goes way downhill . Therapy department exceptional. If your going there go to Hampton unit unit or don’t go At all
