I moved into this dump sight unseen in [date removed]. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN. I first moved ,into the skilled side. I could not believe the situation, that i had got myself into. The room was small and very outdated. The tv was so small you needed, glasses and a magnifying glass. The ugly outdated bed spread was old and itchy. Boy oh boy, the food is atrocious, unappetizing, cold and just plain ole nasty. the housekeeping was non-existent. The Nursing staff was ok, and basically had to work under poor conditions. After 9 months I moved into Assistant Living. Dump # 2, my carpet was dirty and stained, there was roaches in the hallways among the snacks. the I found out that the building was infested with bed-bugs. That was the moment, the I made up my mind and said that they would NOT get another dime of my disability. I moved into a much better 5 star facility, and decided to write this review, because if this review, stops one person from moving into this cold uncaring place.

JUST DON'T DO IT!

my mother was in this place. all i did was request meetings with the "council" that you brought your complaints to. nothing ever got better. they are short staffed and patients are left alone for hours. the marketing guy that we used to move my mother there was mortified to hear the stuff i saw. he left 2 months later. they are a for-profit place and that's never a good sign. they could/would not address my mothers issues. everytime she got in trouble or fell they called the life squad to take her to the hospital. that just left them with one less patient to take care of. patients would only get showers once a week because they didn't have staff to do it more often. i had to bathe my mother all the time. I'm so ashamed i ever had my mother there. no one deserves to be left in a place like this. do your homework!

Awful

My husband was here it was awful he would ring the bell and it would take up to a hour for them to help him, he would end up messing his bed because he couldn't get help they lost most of his clothes when we told them over and over again we would wash them. He fell out of bed two times trying to get to the bathroom because no one would answer his call light. The room was gross and stunk so bad.

I really liked this place. No medicaid waiver for dementia closed unit. Need to check on Mom's various insurances, maybe long term care? Staff friendly. Studios and Split rooms are very large. Worth a SECOND LOOK. SCORED LOW ON RATING.

A prison - I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. Lack of interaction and care obvious. Nurse texting while room alarms sounded. No way!
