Great caregivers and same staff for years

My grandpa has been here for a few years now. The caregivers are really nice and treat him like family. When poppa first started coming here he wouldnt eat and he barely left his room. He still has some isssues but his eating is way better and he's more social. (He's still cranky at times but better than a few years back) Honestly it's not a luxury home but my sister and I like the staff and care the care is very very good. I think they are good care providers.

I don't like calling and they don't answer the phone. It makes me worry. It says please enter your access code. What is that?

A clean, safe, attentive and loving home for my Mom

We found this home for my Mom over a year ago, and could not have found a more professional, clean, attentive and loving environment for my 90 year old Mom! The house is incredibly clean (bathrooms are cleaned 3 times/day, and no "nursing home" smell) and the care provided by the care givers is as much or as little as the individual needs. They encourage independence, but are there in an instant if someone needs assistance. Someone is popping in several times a day to say Hi to Mom, who prefers to spend most of her time in her large room w/en suite bathroom, although 2 living rooms offers many places to hang out with the other residents. She receives 3 full meals a day at a dinner table with the other residents (good -- I've eaten lunch and dinner there each time I visit), which encourages socialization, and they get snacks. The house has an open-door policy -- just walk in and visit your loved one. No need to make an appointment. And Mom loves it there!
