I definitely would not recommend this facility.. not enough staff, Food is okay, facilitation so so.. activates are posted but very often there’s nothing.. hourly activities posted , to make it look like they care and it’s offers a lot of things to do, but not from our experience.

The value for cost is tough to rate because it's not inexpensive, however I WOULD recommend Cornerstone to anyone. What really stood out to us and what we like the best is the friendliness, patience and respect for everyone!

This facility while it looks nice on the outside, was difficult to work with and would not understand my parent's particular needs. They had minimal overnight staff and there was no way to speak with anyone after hours. They allowed other residents to wander into my parent's apartment, which resulted is serious problems. So much so that we removed my parent from this facility. They also had terrible COVID protocol, which resulted in my parent getting extremely sick.

Clean, cozy, comfortable residence. Healthy choice eating experience with the Mediterranean diet. The staff is friendly and caring. Many of them have been at Cornerstone for years, which is nice for the residents. I would recommend them to family and friends.

There isn’t enough time or space to convey how amazing this facility is- and not just the building...it’s the people in it!!!!! The people are top notch. Above and beyond with their care, kindness and responsiveness. I still get overwhelmed by what a dream it has been to have my father here. We had SO many bad experiences before coming here. I doubted we would ever get my father good care .....and then came Cornerstone. I was in disbelief, thought it might be short lived, but, no- it gets better and better. Do not hesitate for a second to put your loved one here.

The community is always kept very clean and the staff members are excellent. The meals and dining get a 4 star rating right now because they are in somewhat of a lockdown so the dining service and meals are a little limited. However, the activities are awesome there is always a ton of things going on during the day.

We had my 92-year-old father-in-law living with us as it became apparent that he was not doing well on his own at home. When we were looking for a place for respite care so we could go on vacation, Cornerstone had a very flexible policy that suited us well. He took a tour and said he would be happy to stay there for 2 weeks, but only while we were away. When we returned from our vacation, he liked it so much that he decided to stay! It's now been 4 months, and he still is very happy there. The staff is so caring and attentive. Everyone is focused on what is best for the residents, and they truly make him feel welcome and part of the Cornerstone family. He has much more freedom to decide what he wants to eat and to do than he did at our home, and we love the convenient location so we can visit frequently.

This has been a blessing for my loved one and family. The staff is very friendly. The residents are treated with respect. Some of the activities available include movies, exercise groups, family dinners, and more for the resident to choose from.

The care has been excellent and the staff has been great to work with. The overall responsiveness to my mother's needs has exceeded our expectations. The transition has been eased by their focus on keeping her engaged and comfortable at the same time. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of senior care for their family member.

In my mother's apartment specifically, we thought they could have done a better with cleaning the floors and the bathroom. Overall, however, the community was pretty clean. In the memory care side, they do a good job with getting to know the residents' habits really well, like their likes and dislikes. They could do better with personal hygiene with my mother. There are some small things that they won't do that are difficult for her to do on her own. When the community went on lock down as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, we asked how they were going to handle my mother's personal needs since outside professionals were not allowed in anymore. All the directors at the community stepped up themselves and offered assistance to the residents, as opposed to sitting aside and managing the process from afar.

Our mom was a resident of Compass and we could not have been happier with the caring team that supported her while she was there. They took great care to really get to know her and once they discovered that she was a teacher and loved poetry, they added a "Poetry with M." on the recreation calendar where she taught a class to other residents. She was engaged in a highly meaningful and personally engaging activity. She was also able to continue to enjoy another passion - visiting the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, while a resident at Cornerstone. The design of the Compass area is amazing for memory impaired people with lots of light, outdoor spaces, common and quiet areas for visiting and bright apartments. Both my sister and I work in health care and really researched places before moving mom to Cornerstone and could not have been more pleased with our decision.

We toured at Cornerstone at Milford, and though that the community was very nice. We certainly liked the very friendly staff there, but thought that the community was too far way and too large for my loved one.

I like the tour from the nice staff what had a lot to offer us. The environment was good and the community was clean with a nice environment. The menu looked appealing. We would recommend that families tour this community for the options available.

Everything went good while my mom was there. They were great to my mom. The staff took very good care of my mom. The community was clean and neat. The food was good it just did not end up working out for us.

My favorite so far. Everything is modern and keeps residents needs in the forefront. I had a great time visiting and talking with some of the residents who gave glowing reviews. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful.

It was a beautiful place to visit. It was clean and the residents seemed happy. The room I was shown was really nice. I didn't notice anything going on. Nothing seemed alarming here. The matter of location was not close to the family.

I thought this was a fancy community and it seemed like apart of other another corporation. The tour was impressive and I did have lunch. I thought it tasted very nice. This was also another community in my top choices.

Aurora is in her 80s and complications from diabetes kept her hospitalized or in rehabs for about a year. Between her limitations and medical facility indifference, we nearly lost her three times. The healthcare system had been treating her as on old woman who had outlived her purpose; this added to her complications. They were virtually ready to dispose of her. When her condition finally began to improve, there were decisions to be made. She couldn't leave to live alone at home any longer. She had been turned off of Assisted Living facilities from earlier introductions. "I've been to those places. I know what they are; I'm not going." Then she visited Cornerstone. We spent quite some time with the administrative staff and with several residents. When we asked residents away from the ears of staff to give us a "real" review, EVERY person said they loved living there! As for Aurora, her first impression was positive: "This place doesn't smell old!" At the end of the tour Aurora was asked that if a room was available, would she be interested. She replied: "Can I move in today?" We were in shock, but pleased beyond belief. The staff was able to find her a room and her life has truly changed for the positive. The woman who could barely walk the length of the corridor to her room now "races" there with her walker. That is, she races there when she's not enjoying the many functions and gatherings, or socializing with the other residents at meal time. She isn't bored or lonely. If she was, the staff are always offering a "Hi There!" to her or anyone else to make her feel welcome. For the staff, she is welcome! I'll close by saying that I've seen first had how Seniors are treated now and in the past. Too many are shuffled into a corner and ignored. I don't see that ever happening at Cornerstone! I thank God for the people in the administration and those who work there on a daily basis. You can tell it's a philosophy that is passed on from the top down. These wonderful people are a blessing to all, but especially our Aurora. Thanks to all the Cornerstone staff!
