worst in state and a 5 star?????????????????

Dirt untouched in over 2 months, blines cannot be put up or down because broken and no one cares. no hot water expected to shower in cold water and no one cares how to comtroll it or tries to , staff prefers to giggle than helpl. food is un-eatable, these are older people who cannot chew most of the things they make or they make "shipwreck casserole" who knows what this is? over filling plates and they are over-whelmed with the amount and don't know what to do with it. floors are uneven and chairs roll without trying to make them they go with the uneven and bubbles in the flooring. over-flowing water from somewhere in back of building and it stinks so bad at times. Was in two other county homes and nothing like this was tolerated something should be done $290.00 a day for this? and state pays it.
