They became acquainted with him quickly and right away they loved him. He had a sweet personality even though he could not speak anymore. Hospice was extremely good and I liked how they were there early in the day for the hardest things. Then GB staff took over his care the rest of the day. The staff was sad when he died, and some cried with me. I had had surgery and three people came to my house to discuss his care. Twice someone came to pick me up and take me home, as I could not drive then. The business part was straightforward and I got a prorated refund after his death. I have three children, and they all said this was a good place. My son from Houston said he wants to go back and thank them for their care.

Everyone is so accommodating. The Executive Director is very much hands on. The staff were friendly and helpful. My husband's room was a single with lots of windows; room was at end of hall; end of building. Nice closet space. The best amenity was the fact that they cannot increase their price. As I recall, I was told this info and believe it's posted in general info. The daily activities were exceptional, inclusive, excellent variety. Monthly family activities were wonderful.

I would give them 5 on each. We researched and experienced several others, including more expensive places, and Grand Brook was better. Especially when it comes to personal interaction with the resident. Based on the experience we have had, we would highly recommend grand Brook Memory Care to others

Everyone from the director to the maintenance workers are always willing to stop and help a resident with a need or answer a question. The staff all know the residents by name and are always ready with a kind word or a hug. When music is playing and a resident wants to dance the staff are always willing to stop what they are doing and dance. The activity director is amazing. My mother loves her best of all. Tina keeps them moving and thinking.

The management in the front is NOT inviting at all. The lady seemed overwhelmed while I was there and if that’s how the management is just imagine how the rest of the staff is. Many other places around the area. 0/10

I really liked Grand Brook. I visited in the morning, and they had all of the residents up and together in the central living area, socializing with one another, and doing exercises according to their abilities. I liked that they made that effort to get the residents outside of their rooms. Ultimately our decision came down to location and convenience based on where we lived. The only reason I didn't give a 5 was because we had only toured and had no actual experience with a loved one living there.

It's the best place I know of in the Dallas area (we tried four in all), far better than more expensive places. The staff are endlessly caring. They're always around and interacting with the residents. They meet residents where they are, but work hard to help them be at their best -- to get up, get dressed, eat, participate to the extent they can. I only wish we had found Grand Brook sooner.

All of their staff was very caring and professional. Their level of care was exceptional. They did a great job communicating with us about my husband's status, especially when I couldn't visit him in the beginning. They would send me pictures so I could see how he looked. I thought they did a great job trying to make him comfortable. I really liked the way the staff interacted with all of the residents.

Our mom is in such a wonderful place now that she is at Grand Brooks.. The meals are wonderful and she is now eating very well instead of coffee and cookies. She is so much calmer and is doing so much better

Had rooms for 2 people, however, none available at the moment. A possible room might open up in 2 weeks, but I can't wait that long (due to my parent's current facility shutting down). Had to pass.

Grand Brook is superior to other memory care facilities. It has an atmosphere of positive and kindness. The caregivers have a wonderful attitude, and are attentive to all residents. I truly believe that my loved one has improved physically, mentally and spiritually since she moved into this facility. I highly recommend Grand Brook for your loved one.

Everyone employed at Grand Brook was friendly, caring, and knowledgeable of what a memory care facility should contain. The residents were engaged with staff and each other, not forgotten in their rooms. Music played, people sang and conversed, some were exercising and some playing games. My dad was well cared for physically and emotionally. We could not have found a better home for dad! Thank you Grand Brook!

We placed our mom at Grand Brook memory care a few years ago. It was the toughest decision to make. However, [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed] and all of the care givers worked tirelessly to ensure my mom was safe and my family was well informed and supported during this time. We are just so fortunate to have found this place! We love it and highly recommend!

This place is the most loving place that my mother has been to. The building is always clean and made to look like a home with lots of activity to keep everyone busy during the day. Lots of parties with family also. Staff always ready to step in and help each and every person there.

This place is awesome! They treat their residents and those that come to visit them like family. My grandmother has been here for a couple year and i wouldn't put her any place else. These folks know how to treat and care for those with dementia. They truly love their patients.

I visited dozes of memory care facilities while looking for a place for my mom. This place felt like home from the moment that we walked in to it. The staff go above and beyond not only to care for my mom but to show her that she is loved. They are friendly, nurturing, attentive and capable. The facility itself is bright, cheerful, and roomy which provided my mom with a great deal of freedom to walk about and explore while keeping her safe!
