Great care for your loved one

We are so great full to have found Greenbluff Terrace Afh, Debby and her staff where always making sure my father received the best care, and always willing to put out an extra effort to make sure he knew that he was more than just a guest there. Debby loves what she does, and it shows, she and her staff where there till the end caring for my father. I would highly recommend this home to take care of your loved one.

Don’t let the views fool you!

This home is not a good place for any seniors with cognitive issues, incontinence, or mobility issues. They talk a good game but when it comes down to care they fall short. No one is trained to deal with cognitive or dementia issues even though they accept residents needing this care. There is no overnight supervision just a complicated button system that residents had to figure out that usually failed to alert a caretaker to come help. I can’t tell you how many times my father had to fumble in the dark to get up and change his own soaked briefs because no one came to help ( even though we paid extra to get extra care). He was rarely shaved or given help to brush his teeth. The owner would say she would take care of issues that arose but never ever followed through. Unless your loved one can care for themselves do not place your loved one in this home.
