Sister received terrible care at HPP

Holladay Park Plaza Years ago, I looked for a permanent place for my retired elder sister. We decided on HHP. It’s a beautiful property, and we were told that it would be her last stop because they had all levels of assistance. She began with independent living and ended in a nursing floor. I think you are fine there until you are no longer independent. HHP changes at that point. If your relative is dependent, it is not for your loved one. And since we all run the risk for dementia, it is not for anyone. During Covid I was unable to see her. When I finally got in, I found that they had not cleaned her room at least for several weeks. Large dust balls, dirt everywhere. You would think she was homeless. I complained of course and they acted as though nothing was wrong. She lost two expensive Pendleton blankets, her coats and other items. But the worse came when she went into dementia. They don’t tell you up front that they do not have memory care or what it means if you get dementia

do not recommend

Do not let your loved one be admitted to their skilled nursing facility. This place is money hungry and only cares about their bottom line not the well being of their patients. Their Director of Nursings actions were abhorrent. She lied to us repeatedly about my father-in-law and her actions and decisions put him in an extremely dangerous situation which she then lied about in order to cover her own unethical actions. Shame on you and your organization.

City feel, beautiful

Holladay Park Plaza is a very nice beautiful building. The staff was very friendly. They gave us a very nice presentation of their community and all they offered. It is perfect for people who like to live in the heart of the city activity and bustle. We chose a community that had more of a country feel.
