Every facility has their problems and their own issues. That being said, I had no real problem overall with Known Memory Care. They presented themselves of having a lot of activity for their residence, but that was more like once every couple of weeks. Otherwise, they sat and watched old programs on TV Fell asleep in there, wheelchairs and ate that was the jest of their days.

They are all caring people and they know how to help people with memory or dementia issues. They do NOT talk down to them but are fully aware that some of the residents need some gentle guidance. They put the resident needs first!

The facility is clean, and residents are always dressed and well cared for. The staff are very busy, so sometimes personal items go missing and are not always found. Accidents can happen, and mobility may be affected as a result. The staff are always kind, and residents seem to respond well to them.

I would not recommend this facility. They never really engage the residents in activities. Residents are just put in a tv room. I'm unsure if they are actually really checked on during the day or night.

The staff and facility are great. Very clean, and very friendly. Very clean. I do wish there was more communication as far as treatment. Maybe even a portal. I have no idea when Dad sees a doctor. I have no idea when he gets a haircut. The little things...When does he need TP, toothpaste, deodorant. The reason for my feedback is that Dad is a new resident and I am not familiar with the process. I don't want phone calls, but an email periodically would be welcomed.

I couldn’t have found anything better for my mom she is so loved and cared for here I appreciate everyone at known memory care for the love they show my mom she is doing so much better then I expected Tulsa’S best memory care by far!!!!

Just moved dad in a few months ago and wow I haven’t seen him do so good in years! Brings tears to my eyes! The comparison and love is just felt when you walk in the angels that work there are heaven sent so clean smells good this is the best memory care hands down and I looked at 8 of them!!

What a nice clean friendly amazing place I put my mom here 2 weeks ago and happy don’t even explain how I feel so reliving to know she is so well taken care of here the staff are wonderful definitely a 10/10

My grandma is here and not doing so well and the staff and front office are the most kind loving people you will ever meet the care they are giving her in her last days on earth is nothing less the exceptional if you are looking for a loved one this is it!

I moved my husband in here about 3 months ago and this has to be the best decision I have made he has done a complete turnaround he’s more alert happy eating well and loves all the music and activities that goes on here everyday! This has to be the best memory care around!!

You folks were wonderful in finding Known Memory Care. The ladies in the front [name removed] and [name removed] are the most caring, loving and supportive people. Any company could ever have been blessed to hire. The Medaids are fantastic. They always carry the phone with them to answer any questions that you have about your loved one that is a resident, the food is awesome fresh really good well balanced meals. The rooms are comfortable plenty large enough for them to relax in but they do encourage them to get out of their rooms. Come to the TV room or the living room area to converse with each other if possible. My husband was very well cared for by everyone on every shift. If you gave them 10 stars, they would get 12 from me. My husband was placed on hospice care with Riverccross hospice [date removed] and he passed away the [date removed] the day before Thanksgiving, I owe everything to A Place For Mom for finding such an excellent, caring facility and community. Thank you and God bless.

You have to check this out if you are looking for memory care it’s a small family feel very clean smells good everyone is so friendly and very helpful I toured 6 facilities and I’m here to tell you this is the best of all I went to if you are looking for top notch care for someone you love this is where you should go!

I had to put my father in law in a memory care I looked at a few and by far this is the most knowledgeable compassionate clean facility I went to the staff at known are the best with these residents always laughing singing playing games the looks on the faces of the residents says it all small family like feel smells great rooms are big have nice big closets the best if you need memory care for your loved one don’t just settle check out known you will be as amazed as I am!! Thank you staff for all you do it takes someone special to do what you do!!!
