Didn’t receive the care we paid for

My wife lived here for a bit and it didn’t go very well. I went on vacation and, while away, they moved her to a different part of the building without telling me because of a “lack of patients”. As soon as they had her part of the general population, she stopped getting the care she needed. We had set up care plans that stated the type of attention we’d like to see, but some of it was never done. The staff was very friendly, and I have no objection to them, but I think they just have too much work to do. The prices eventually went up, and with her not receiving the type of care she needed, we decided to go to a different facility
