Everything Is Working Out Very Well

So far everything is working very well for my brother here at this community. He is doing very well here. They do a good with keeping the community well maintained. The property manger has been great to work with. They have a function room where they have activities posted for the residents. He isn't that far from me, the location is very close to me. I'am very grateful for Elaine and a place for mom. She was very responsive and helped me in a very difficult situation.

Warning!!! Not a real 55+ complex....

Before you decide to move to Merrimack Meadows and most importantly before you sign a lease with Merrimack Meadows.... Talk to some of the people renting there.... Don't be afraid to stop and ask people questions about the management at this place. Once you sign the lease, you're forgotten about. You're sucked in for a year and they don't care what your ideas are or what opinions you might want to share...... you only cound as a monthly rent check. Look around at other places BEFORE you sign the lease. This ISN'T a real 55+ property, It's a misleading line of BS... Many townhouses are rented to 55+ people but ANY AGE can live here. It is Pet Friendly, you can tell by the amount of dog crap around the grassy areas. Limited amount of dumpsters, trash overflows regularly. You are expected to Police the people dumping trash to be sure they live there.
