Prospective residents are welcome to explore the wonderful living options we currently offer.</p> <h3>Community Amenities and Services</h3> <p>At Waterford Senior Living our activities director helps ensure you spend time doing things you really enjoy, at your own pace. Soon after moving in, our activities director meets with you to discover your interests, what you enjoy doing, and things you would like to try. Our activities program changes as the interests of the residents change. </p> <p>Our activities room hosts a full schedule of entertaining, stimulating, and therapeutic programs for all residents. Live music, outings to events and shows, daily exercise programs, bingo, card clubs, church services, intergenerational gatherings, crafts and baking are some of the activities one will find at Waterford Senior Living. We also have over 90 volunteers that facilitate and help the activities director with all activities and events. </p> <p>Take a peek at some more of our on-site programs:</p><ul> <li>Daily Stretching: Everyday over half of our residents get together and follow an instructed routine to stretch every muscle and get your body warmed up for the day. All exercises are recommended by The Arthritis Foundation.</li> <li>Paraffin Dip and Hand Massage: Each week the residents dip their hands into warm paraffin and then get a hand massage. This is perfect for people with arthritis or just wanting soft hands.</li> <li>Senior Olympics: This is an annual event held in Racine where residents compete in bowling, shuffleboard, ball darts, horseshoe toss and several more games. Seniors come from all over southern Wisconsin to compete!</li> <li>Intergenerational Activities: Children from St. Thomas Grade School visit Waterford Senior Living about six times a year for crafts, reading, exercising, trick-or-treating, and more.</li></ul><p></p> <h3>Living Arrangements</h3> <p>Waterford Senior Living offers unfurnished one- and two-bedroom apartments with a kitchenette, full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and plenty of closet space.
