Beautiful place on the facade. Money spent on replacing carpets and paint, ?? instead of competent staff. The medical team is a joke , pure joke, the doctor, and the nurse practitioner. They bill insurance thousands and spend 2 minutes and misdiagnose. Most of the administrative is unresponsive and avoid you. I chased answers for months. The monthly bill never matches the draft. Many of the sides are sweet but they're are too few. I am not sure where these good reviews are coming from. Be prepared to be exhausted chasing things down and getting ripped off.

They are short staffed. Have the minimum amount of aides allowed by law. If one aide calls out, it's not good. I would not recommend to others, unless they get more help.

It's a really nice clean place. Most staff were wonderful. The food wasn't always great but that was also my mom's changing tastebuds. They do offer lots of activities and transportation for outings. My mom was really failing during her time there. (Not due to the staff there, just her age and her arthritis). I think if she was in better health, she would have liked it a lot more than she did. The price is very high though but they do offer a lot for the money. Overall, it's a great place.

My aunt has been happy since her first day at OC. My aunt is Asian, and I was worried she would feel excluded. The staff went out of their way to make sure that didn't happen. She participates in every activity available, and they are varied. She loves the food and that there is a menu every meal that gives her choices. She had a minor health issue, and I was kept informed of what meds she received, and how she responded to the treatment. Administration is only a phone call away, and they are truly interested in their residents. I have been at ease knowing she is well cared for.

It was great. We were very happy with the care he got there. When he passed, he was on hospice there at the end. The aids were wonderful to him. He had great care but like all These places they don't pay what they should and there is turnover . It was pretty consistent there but overall aids are underpaid IMO. Place was clean, staff is very friendly and take good care of patients. Food is good. Billing u have to keep eye on, I found mistakes at times . But person left and the new one who took over seemed to do a better job. The nurses and aids are great and take great care. His aids were amazing. In the end they were round clock ensuring he had what he needed. So IMO the staff is best thing.

The aides and med techs in memory care are very sweet. They do a great job. The administration is terrible. The lack of communication and follow through is very upsetting. If someone you love is placed here, you need to be very pro active in their care.

Staff is super nice. It’s very clean. My dad is happy there. [name removed] is amazing. We needed to find a place for my Dad asap. She made this all happen in 6 days. She is very responsive to any communication. We even get to bring my dog to visit which the residents love. My daughter also wanted to go sing for the residents and they were thrilled and super flexible in making it happen.

My loved one is currently a resident at Oxford Crossings and this facility has been great! Both the staff and the residents have made this an easy transition. My loved one has had no complaints about the food. The facility is very clean. The in-house doctor has been readily available. My loved one and I are very happy with everything so far. I would recommend Oxford Crossings to others.

Oxford Crossings is a quality care facility. [name removed] has been a pleasure to work with. She is a true professional and a huge asset to anyone who is looking for a Memory/Personal Care place for loved ones. [name removed] experience and contacts within the industry are exemplary. I cannot sing her praises enough.

My experience with Oxford Crossings is based on a tour conducted by a Senior Care Advisor there. The campus was beautifully maintained inside and outside. The resident rooms that were available to view were spacious and bright, and the common areas were plentiful and clean. The dining room was well lit with natural light. Many of the residents were partaking in activities while I was there, including games and physical therapy. The advisor patiently answered my numerous questions and provided me with an incredible amount of helpful information. While we have chosen a different place for my mom, it was by no means because of lack of confidence in Oxford Crossings. I encourage you to take a look for yourself.

A few weeks back, I was looking for a place for my Father. He was looking for an apartment coming from a skilled facility. [name removed] promptly returned my call, spoke to me about my options and had pleasure of meeting several staff. All were amazing and attentive. My Father sadly moved into a VA home due to his health but I would recommend this place! The staff are empathic, warm and helpful. I wish we had come to this place sooner in his life. I would recommend this place for any member of my family.

The team here was very good. They are very encouraging. I feel safe. I enjoy the activities. We have a lot more options now with activities. They give us a calendar so we know what’s happening during the day. I enjoy playing cards with my friends and playing bingo. I get PT four times a week.

Oxford has met my once and needs more than I could have imagined. I enjoy playing the piano and love that I can do that here and sometimes I have an audience. I enjoy Samba fit and the activities they have here. I would definitely recommend someone to come here. The care is excellent. Whatever I ask for I receive it here.

Oxford Enhanced Senior Living (formerly Attleboro) had a change in ownership in November 2021. Coming on the heels of COVID stressors, this was a massive transition to get through and there was ALOT to address. I have been so impressed with the new management and staff at Oxford. I see that the basics are now well managed: rooms are cleaned, staff responds to calls, medications are given properly, the food is good, residents are known and valued as individuals. But, as importantly, I have seen that staff at Oxford is acting like a team - they smile, they care, they engage with the residents, they respond to my concerns (quickly). I recently wrote to the administrator giving many specific examples of the care and kindness that has been shown to my Mom and to myself by her and her team. I know that caring for older people is hard work and I wanted them to know how much I appreciated them. I hope this helps with your search - it can be a tough time and I wish you all the best.

A Place for Mom has scored Oxford Crossings 9.8 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
