Certain circumstances indicate when an elderly person may need senior home health care. Signs include unstable health conditions, recent hospitalization, skilled nursing facility or rehab discharge, medication changes, a new diagnosis, wounds, terminal illness and injections for chronic health issues. It is often difficult for seniors to get back and forth to outpatient therapy sessions. We eliminate that problem by providing rehabilitation specialists. Our physical therapists, speech therapists and occupational therapists develop a treatment plan to perform in your loved ones home. We strive to treat our senior citizens as we would our own family members. That is why we hire well-trained staff members only after they undergo an extensive screening process.
