We chose them because of the recommendations from your agency. I would recommend to others. I would say that the owner & staff went out of the way to provide love and caring support to my dad.

The staff has been very informative and friendly, sharing stories about my aunt and interacting with those of us that visit. The facility has always looked very clean. The food smells DELICIOUS and my aunt seems to enjoy her meals. I love the fact that she always placed so she is not alone. I am not too familiar with activities, but it always seems that people are interacting with others or with staff, and I have seen photos and visitors w/ art supplies, etc. It always seems very calm and peaceful, which I love.

This is likely one of the hardest decisions you have to make for your loved one. I thought we found the right place for mom but in the end I wish I could rewind and not have put her here. We moved her in shortly after the new building was open. It started out good but went downhill in all areas. Staff changes continually especially the ones your hopeful will care for your loved one with care and understanding. The first couple of months we thought the environment was one of understanding what the residents are going through but as time went on it became more and more apparent they don't. Did I bring up things along the way - Yes but change would happen for a week and then go back. We came to see and believe the atmosphere is if the residents stay in their room all the better and that's not what we want for our mom. Everyone has to make the choice they believe is right for their loved one and I have to live with the fact that I started mom here but she is now in a home we're happy with.

My husband was only there two weeks before he passed. Everyone was so professional, kind and caring. I could not have been more pleased with my husband’s care. The admission process was seamless. Their communication with me was wonderful. They would often text me, letting me know how he was doing, what he was doing, and how he ate., etc. I highly recommend this facility to those seeking care for their loved one with Alzheimer’s.

It has been such a blessing to have my mother at Seasons Memory Care on Nacodoches Road. I have nothing but the highest praise for everything from the level of care to the compassion my mom received from the entire team. There are no words powerful enough to thank you for this experience. [names removed] and so many others have been an incredible comfort and support to me throughout this difficult journey. My mom never lost her smile, and I believe it was because she was with people who truly cared about her. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, [name removed], for welcoming my mother and putting the right people in place. I know I am leaving out so many, from social workers to hospice workers, who I have not mentioned, but every single one played a valuable part in my moms care. Thank you.

So appreciative of [name removed] staff especially her manager [name removed]. They have worked so hard to help my father adjust and deal with difficult behaviors due to his dementia. He is now eating well and taking the medications that he had been refusing bc he thought he was being poisoned. Our family is truly grateful!

The staff and administrators at Seasons Memory care are meticulous and caring. My sister and I interviewed and visited several care facilities for our brother. He had serious brain trauma at age 25, and finding appropriate care for his memory and behavioral issues once he aged into his late sixties was extremely difficult! Well, Seasons had been amazing! My Brother’s building has under 20 residents with a great physical layout. Residents are cared for exceptionally well. The place is kept super clean! Staff is hands on all the time, aiding, assisting, guiding, and engaging the residents. Food is chef-cooked onsite. The owner, Mona, is onsite also. Honestly, we could not have found a better place!

I am a Registered Nurse,Patient Advocate and National Certified Placement Agent. To me staffing ratios and care are most important when we guide families to care options. Seasons excels at this. I would highly recommend Seasons Alzheimers Care and Assisted Living for your loved one. [names removed] and your entire staff, thank you for taking care of our clients and families throughout the years.

The cost was decent too compared to other facilities. I really felt good with the care my mom received there. We picked this community, because of the location, atmosphere, there were only 14 residents. When I toured the residents were happy and the place did not smell like a typical nursing home.

My mother is a resident at Seasons Nursing Memory Care, Nacogdoches Road. The facility is beautiful, but what makes the experience more special is the personal care and attention my mother receives from the staff.[names removed] and the rest of the staff attend to my mothers needs in a warm, respectful, caring manner. [name removed] and [name removed], along with the rest of the hospice team has been amazing, as well. Lenora attends to daily activities to stimulate my mother and the rest of the residents. The care and experience at Seasons Nursing has exceeded our expectations.

Various activities for the residents: 1. My mother enjoys the gentleman who sings and plays the piano weekly. She can even request one of her favorite songs. 2. There are dancers who encourage the residents to dance or sit and march with their feet while they shake tambourines and maracas to various types of music. 3. Mom looks forward to the art and craft activities. She has been very proud to show them to family. I am very pleased the Caregivers took the time to get to actually get to know my Mom and her personally.

I would highly recommend it. We had a great experience with Seasons. In fact, I was so appreciative of their care of my dad, I made them 20+ fidget quilts. They treated my father who had severe dementia with so much compassion and they were very supportive and caring to my mother. We were impressed with the variety and number of activities they had for the residents. The staff were attentive and respectful to my dad even when he was being difficult. The staff were with him and cared for him compassionately as he died. We would highly recommend Seasons.

keep in mind my mother is on hospice and receives additional care paid for by her insurance. The reason the cost is high is the high staff to client ratio which this facility provides. In addition the staff really do care about their clients! I would like to see them provide more water to the clients at times other than just meal or snack time.

My mother was getting excellent care in the beginning(2019). After almost a year and before Covid the quality of care declined. My mother was not getting needed meds and care. Her walker has disappeared 3 times now. I have had to contact the owner regarding issues on average every 6 months. The newest problem delayed feeding of residents. The other problems still exist and the owner always says she is aware, but clearly addressing and fixing the problems is not a priority. The monthly fee is average and was ok as long as the care was being provided. Now that the care is not being provided because they are obviously short staffed, I wonder if my mother and other residents are safe. I am no longer pleased with the care provided..my mother's fall risk has increased as a cane is not safe, but her walker has disappeared again and staff, mgmt and owner don't seems too concerned. Keep looking for a good place for your loved ones. This is not the best place for them.

The owners and the staff there really show genuine concern and care towards their residents. They staff were very attentive, friendly and patient with our loved one. The meals were very good and based on the experience we had with Seasons community we would recommend them to other families.

My loved one was in this home for far too long before I became aware of the numerous problems and violations there. Dehydration of residents was a huge issue. People were kept in Geri chairs all day. Beware of this facility.
