senior helpers is truly helpful

Be persistent with the office staff when needed info. If the caregiver doesn't fit your need don't be afraid to ask to try someone else. The caregiver we have is really good. Communication with the caregiver is good.. I would recommend the service to others.

A good experience

When the administration came out to the house to set up the service they listened to what services we needed. They explained everything up front. The caregivers are on time, friendly and help with whatever we need. I would recommend this home care agency.

Caring Caregivers!!

Senior helpers have some great caregivers . They would keep up with cleaning that had to be done . The meals were great they tried doing a wide variety of meals . I really hoped that they would have done activities that were discussed but they didn't exercise any.

Good Experience With This Home Care

Our experiences with this home care agency were good. They did a good job caring for my mother and her needs. They would help out with some personal care and running errands. I was satisfied with the services they provided. I would recommend this home care.

My experience with Senior Helpers

Senior Helpers has been extremely helpful in assisting me in the care of my mother. My wife and I both work fulltime as surgical nurses and they have allowed us to work and still feel confident she is cared for when we can't be present. My mother has memory issues but isn't ready for a fulltime assisted care facility so this is our best option at the moment.
