Great care and clean facilities.

My mother had great care during her stay at the Pavilion. The caregiver assistants seem to truly care about her. The nurse made sure her meds were correct and they had all prescriptions on hand. The building was clean and never smelled like some others do. Thank you for all you do to make things easier for families.

My experience with this facility

The staff does not give meds to patients as they are prescribed. If the patient cannot toilet themselves, expect them to lay in their own waste for hours. If the patient cannot feed self, they might get fed, but usually much later than other patients. It is the most noisiest place I have ever seen. If you have a loved one, DO NOT take them to this facility. I would never recommend this place.

A Wonderful Experience

My mother has been her 11 days and she has been treated like a princess. In fact, our entire family has been given the royal treatment from fresh coffee and orange juice deliver to her room, to attentive loving nurses, doctors, and staff.
