The place is nice and clean. The people no matter where you are welcoming and always ready to help. Honestly they make you feel welcome. I really like the place. I feel my brother is safe. The staff is really nice , always ready to help and answer questions, When I come to see my brother they have a welcoming attitude. My brother does not complain but sometimes he will say he misses his home.

don't know about the meals and dining, but my aunt never complained about the food. The staff was very professional and friendly. I was so glad to see my aunts face when she saw the place. I appreciate each and every very one of you that help my aunt. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I've been meaning to send you all a Thank You note but I've been busy trying to take care of myself. I highly recommend Kew Garden for families that need personal care with their love one(s). This facility is caring, comfortable, convenient and capable of care for those that need care.

They need to better explain their kosher food policies. No hot food on Saturday etc. Not equipped to handle seniors with disabilities. Will charge extra for any accommodations. Transportation to Dr appointments not consistent. Overall needs a lot of improvements

I would give a 5 in all categories. I'm very happy with the quality of care. Staff is trained in how to de-escalate situations. Very important when dealing with dementia patients. Residents are treated with care and respect.

My husband was with Atria in the memory unit for a year. He could not return as he lost mobility and had a catheter that was in place. Atria was so great--there were many activities-he did not participate but everyone else did. The meals were very good. The facility was always clean and being cleaned. I felt that the residents and the staff were very friendly. Administration was good. I looked in several places and found Atria to be the best. Unfortunately my husband became too infirm. The assistants took very good care of him. My best friend since I am 11 went there last month (to assisted living) on my recommendation--she is doing well. You get value for your money

The facility is only a 10 minute walk from the Long Island railroad station. Or a 3 to 5 minute bus ride. It is located in a lovely, well kept residential neighborhood, Which makes for pleasant walks with your family member. It is also within walking distance of a a small business center that has a couple of restaurants, a diner, a pastry shop, hair salons, etc. note that my Number evaluations were for the memory care center and for a resident who is in the middle of the dementia spectrum.

My experience with [name removed] and Atria Kew Gardens has been exceptional. My mom was struggling in a poorly run rehab in Brooklyn. The sales director stepped in and helped us get mom into a much better rehab. She kept tabs on her and we recently transitioned mom into Kew Gardens Atria. We don't know what we would have done without her. Mom is happier and more hopeful than she has been in months. We are grateful to her for all that she did for our family. Atria Kew Gardens is a lovely facility but the fact that she works there gives us peace of mind and faith that our mother Is in good hands. I definitely recommend this facility and that sales director. [name removed]

Price is very high. Felt a bit rushed to make a decision. I like the facility a lot. I just wish that it was more affordable or had some discounts for insurance.

My uncle just raves about his new home. From the beginning the sales director was the first impression and we were sold on the spot. He is a recent amputee and really needed the help and guidance. She was patient and really went through the process with us to ensure his move in was immaculate. He has made wonderful friends and fits right into the community. We thank the team at Atria Kew Gardens for making this experience so wonderful!

The sales team is just stellar and she continued to follow up even after a full year of my mom in the nursing home. Goes above and beyond from visiting my mom to picking me up to come tour the beautiful grounds. Mom will be getting more freedom and we are appreciative of all the care.

Atria Kew Gardens is excellent. I wanted to move in myself. The staff was also excellent. They have nice rooms. It's clean. There's no nursing home/hospital smell. What I like best about the place is [name removed]. She was the one in charge and showed me around. The atmosphere of the place was very entertaining and very stimulating. As soon as I walked in, I knew this was the spot. When you walked in the door, it was very welcoming.

The facility is nice and clean. Many activities and performances. People are nice. I would suggest to add fitness center, and the nutritionist for food due to everyone's health needs is different.

My Aunt loves Atria in Kew Gardens memory care because is a clean place. She loves the food. She enjoys the activities of every day to help her with her condition and most of all the wellness department and the entire stuff is always very friendly and helpful to my Aunt and to me every time that I visit her. It gives me tranquillity knowing that my Aunt well care.

I was just disappointed in not being told about the 1 month non refundable fee that is applied to the beginning of the stay. Which I would have paid and did. It seemed a bit sneaky to me. Otherwise it's a lovely facility and everyone is great. If the location works for you it's lovely. The l9cation ultimately didn't work for us and their manhattan location was not in our budget
