They were amazing. My mom was there a little over 2 years in Memory Care which is a challenge for all concerned. Before my mom passed in July she had been on Hospice. They worked with the Estancia team . The last year I was there every day with different shifts and they were always kind and compassionate. I have recommended them to anyone we have met with that need.

Estancia del Sol is a beautiful Senior living community. The amenities are top notch. Super relaxing environment, with a staff that really cares for its residents and guests. I always feel welcomed when I visit there.

Estancia Del Sol is a gorgeous community with friendly residents, and plenty of opportunities to make new friendships. I’ve been here 21/2 years and have made lots of great friends. The staff here are wonderful, especially [name removed] and [name removed]. I have a beautiful apartment and love all of the activities and outings we have.

Very clean staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable of what’s going on. I get updates continuously from their staff. They keep my mother very busy doing a little chores which is what she’s done her whole life.

[name removed] has been a great point person for me as I look for an appropriate new home for my hubby. She is compassionate, always ready to listen to my concerns and needs. She is easily accessible, returning my calls and texts in a timely manner. She keeps me informed on updates and availabilities. She has been an Angel to me. The community is exactly what I’m looking for to care for my Husband. The grounds are beautiful, the building is gorgeous and the staff is amazing. I’m hoping he can live here and be cared for better than I can care for him alone.

Activities need a major improvement. They are not very interesting and are basically boring and repetitive. The facility is a bit expensive. But worst rating is for the nursing care... We paid for 3 extra nursing services while there which they didn't fulfill. At this point, I would have to research more before deciding if I would recommend the facility.

I think the staff is just awesome. They are always so friendly and willing to be helpful. They are very patient with the residents even when they are being difficult. They will give you any information you need- you are able to to text the lady who runs the memory care unit and they are always available. It is a beautiful place to be. It is always clean and smells good. They always have things for the residents to do, even in memory care they take them out. It was a hard decision but I really love the place. I would highly recommend Estancia del Sol to other families.

My parents recently moved in to Assisted Living at Estancia Del SOL. I had the pleasure of working with {name removed} who was extremely kind, courteous, and helpful. She spent a great deal of time with us understand what Estancia would be to provide for our parents and their potential needs in the future. {name removed} was patient with our many questions and concerns and followed though on everything she said she would do. She was truly a joy to work with. My family and I are s o grateful for {name removed} and the way she helped us with moving our parents to Estancia. {name removed} definitely deserves an A++

While looking into a assisted living facility for my mother, Estancia Del Sol was recommend. Being new to this whole process, I was greeted by {name removed} She proceeded to educate me on how things worked and what the facility could offer my mother. I took an individual tour and then with mother, took a much more in depth tour with her. The facility is amazing and of course my mother fell in love it and all the amenities at the facility. {name removed} had a very caring attitude and soft touch in her approach to my mother. I highly commend her for her professionalism and care she took with us. Five Stars!!!

Since the first the I entered this building as a business marketer I was amazed by the friendly welcoming and smile I received by the concierge service. The staff is so wonderful, and so sweet always working so hard! [name removed]just one of employees I would like to mention that always goes over and beyond for the community. [name removed] and her staff have been professional, they clearly know the world of senior assisted living community. [name removed] has been patient and kind explaining the details of preparing, transitioning and living at Estancia, as well as living and board costs, assistance costs. I looked at around 10 or so senior living communities via the internet and one of the things you cannot buy is staff of character who understand the sometimes painful problems that elderly persons and their families face, and still remain caring and compassionate. And although my mom has yet to move to Estancia, the experience so far has outstanding. Thank you very much.

Most impressive however was the warmth and friendliness of the staff and their concern for meeting the needs of the residents.
