<h3>Community Services and Amenities</h3>
<p>With 24-hour care and supervision, residents and their loved ones can rest assured. The community believes that residents shouldn’t have to worry about chores, so the staff takes care of housekeeping and laundry. They also provide residents with warm, nutritious meals throughout the day. Special diets are happily accommodated. To keep residents mentally and physically active, the community offers several curated on-site activities. The staff also encourages residents to gather in the indoor and outdoor common spaces to socialize or relax.</p>
<p>From bathing and grooming to walking and transfers, the caregivers will work tirelessly to assist residents with daily living activities. They also provide specialized services for incontinence care, hospice care, and care for residents experiencing disorientation. The community is fully integrated with a wander prevention system to help ensure safety. Additionally, the staff manages advanced care, such as insulin, foley catheters, feeding tubes, and oxygen. Regular on-site visits from registered nurses, podiatrists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists are available to residents when needed.</p>
<h3>Living Arrangements</h3>
<p>Galway Meadows Care Home understands that some residents prefer another’s company, while others prefer complete privacy. That is why they provide multiple living options. They currently offer fully furnished private and semi-private bedrooms.</p> <p>Wheelchair-accessible, private bathrooms are available. Each bedroom is equipped with a hospital bed, nightstand, bedside table, and an armoire.</p>
<p>Residents are welcome to bring some personal belongings and their pets with them — to help create a comfortable and ideal home at Galway Meadows Care Home.</p>

<p>Galway Meadows Care Home is a <em>Type B assisted living facility</em>. In the state of Texas, these terms are defined as follows:</p>
<h3>Assisted Living Facility</h3>
<p>A facility that provides personal care services and administration of medication to 4 or more residents. Assisted living facilities can accept residents with dementia and/or Alzheimer’s. There are 3 types of assisted living facilities:</p>
