Best of the best independent senior living

The welcoming feeling right when you walk in the door, the new amenities, dining room, and smiling concierge staff at the front desk - Revel sets a high benchmark for independent senior living. My dad eats almost all his meals in the dining room and looks forward to one. The regular menu and daily specials make it a treat to come visit, and no dishes! A robust social calendar full of activities to keep residents as engaged as they’d like to be. Or, the newly built facility excels at peace and quiet when you need to recharge and just stay in the room. The building and its amenities are truly great, but the real star of the show is the personnel. Wait staff at the restaurant, the concierge desk, the maintenance and housekeepers, and Paolo the director all make Revel the complete package. Personable, caring, and smiles on their faces while they do it. I can’t recommend Revel enough. If you or a parent are looking ready for the next chapter of luxury resort style living, Revel Vegas.

What a surprise to learn of this wonderful option

Recently I toured the community with community rep [name removed]. The grounds are clean and well maintained, the residents were all friendly and several stopped to smile and say hello. As I toured I saw activities and socializing - just what I hoped I would see as I look for a future place for my aging family. The rooms are spacious, warm and extremely functional. I love the options of being able to be as private as one wishes or to have so many options to enjoy and participate in. This is certainly not a senior community one thinks of as they did in the past- but a vibrant option for community and residency!

Consistent group of small admin and dining staff .. the evening wait staff in the restaurant is amazing, not always the quickest kitchen but the staff know and care about the residents. The lifestyle director plans and implements some very good activities -much more than bingo goes on here.

Aggressive salesperson can't take no for an answer

My friend went to visit this place and has been harassed non-stop by the salesperson since. He told him he was not interested in moving anymore and the salesperson continues to call and push him to move. I even had to block the salesman's phone number so he stops bothering my friend. They come across very desperate. They have less activity, transportation and dining options in comparison with other senior livings and cost much more. They also stick it to their residents when they try to move out as I know someone who has put in their move out notice and is being made to jump through hoops (financially especially) to leave her lease. They operate like "used car salesmen" here. Avoid avoid avoid!

The people are friendly

The residents are very friendly. There is always someone to talk to. The Ovation restaurant has good food, just needs a little more consistency. [name removed] is a good waiter, always listens, checks in on me, and asks if I want anything substituted.

We feel well taken care of

We feel well taken care of. We like the menu selection and food at Ovation restaurant. The servers are friendly and are right there for us. We enjoyed their shrimp and scallop entrees. The decor is classy!

I like the food

I like the variety of the food. If you don't like the special, you can select something from the menu. My favorite is the salmon, I like the way the prepare it along with all the seafood. I also like the gym and walk on the treadmill every day.

Wonderful way to spend this time of your life!

I recently moved into Revel Vegas. My children selected the community and set up the apartment prior to me arriving. I have enjoyed my time here. The Maintenance Director is such a friendly person and likes to do things that I enjoy. He goes out of his way to include me to go golfing with him. We are already talking about the next time. The residents are also friendly and invite you to sit with them to socialize.

So Happy to Be Living at Revel Vegas

I moved from my house in Las Vegas to the Revel Vegas independent living senior community in November 2024 and I couldn't be happier. The staff have been wonderfully welcoming and supportive, and my apartment and the community facilities (restaurant, fitness center, salon, theater) are modern and well-maintained. In a very short time I have come to feel like I'm home, and it feels good to shed the burdens of home ownership for my new, freer lifestyle. I highly recommend Revel Vegas and I sincerely thank the caring staff for all they do to make this a positive, happy community.

Warm and Inviting

I felt very warm upon entering Revel. The staff, especially [name removed] showed great care for the potential and current residents. I previewed Revel for my mom, and knew immediately that this is where she would be happy. As soon as I took her to Revel, she knew it also. The staff are very pleasant and accommodating, not to mention the luxuries. I also have to give a shout to the chef for providing restaurant quality food in the dining room.

… I was highly impressed with the Ravel experience The Facility is very impressive there apartments themselves is as nice as any home , very comfortable and high end You will fall in love the staff.. their there to see to you ever need .. they have everything one would want all in one place .. even a chef , movie Theater Workout gym, beauty salon, library game room, plenty of activity a pool that’s heated year-round. It’s available 24/7 I highly Recommend Ravel

The BEST! We couldn’t have been happier

My father and stepmom lived at Revel Vegas for around five years. The only reason they aren’t there is because my stepmom passed away and my dad moved to Florida to live closer to me. I visited them every year and was impressed at every visit. Revel has two guest rooms that my husband and I stayed in so we were able to remain on site for the whole visit. Revel also has a separate private dining area and we celebrated birthdays in this room with lots of family members. My parents loved the newer, clean facilities and the professional and loving staff. There were a multitude of activities for them to participate in, and they loved the cuisine. Thank you, Revel, for providing a beautiful home for my parents.

Not maintain properly.. Jacuzzi and pool area Disappointment

My closet doors have never been fixed.. The casper app is not working.. I was promised 2 months free, but only got one. I would not recommend Revel Vegas based off of my experience.

I would say 5 for all of the above except Value for the money. I find it a bit high in relation to my personal finances. Since they base the rent on the current market value, it might get to the point where I will no longer be able to afford it. Everybody works together (staff and residents). It makes you feel like you're with family. I wish there was a way for the Overall Director to see this review since he's the hardest working young man to be able to keep this place as it is. I am very sincere with my comments. I'm 85 years old and have worked in many parts of the world with some of the best companies. I believe in giving credit where credit is due.

Very excited for my mother’s future!

My mother was so worried about the next step for her, but Revel has completely put her at ease. The amount of support, kindness and time they have sent her way far exceeds anywhere else we have looked. The amenities, staff and location all make this place exactly where she wants to be. Gorgeous Property

I toured this property a couple of weeks ago. What a great property! Well-appointed from the front door back to the units. The restaurant was beautiful, pool and spa areas accessible, clean, and inviting. Staff friendly and professional. Definitely the top contender for my parents' future living situation. Highly recommended!

A+++ across the board for overall experience

My Mom and I researched a number of the independent living/assisted living facilities in the South Western Summerlin Area of Las Vegas and I must say that Revel Las Vegas is the only one that checked every box for us. I've been warned that these types of facilities don't really care for our aging parents the way we would wish them to, but I'm elated to report that Revel goes beyond my expectations here. From initial sales, to contract, to move in, to helpful staff (front and back), to chefs and server wait persons that wish to please, they all receive an A+++ rating from all that I've observed so far. We're fairly new, however one can get a sense for how the directive of how to relate to the clients comes right from the top. They aim to please and are extremely reasonable on requests. The staff, the facility, the cleanliness, the activities and services, the quality of the food all are first rate. You can't go wrong with deciding to go with Revel.
