We love The Pointe! Every staff member is kind and so helpful. They truly love the residents. It starts at the top with [name removed]who is always out and about demonstrating her kind heart. Nursing staff are awesome ([name removed] is my favorite) and care staff are just so wonderful. My parents are so happy there! It is expensive but SO worth it!

The Pointe has been a wonderful place for my parents! The staff don't turn over often and are very kind and loving with the residents. They truly care and keep us informed of anything going on. Our loved one has been at The Pointe for [dates removed] and goes to bed happily and exhausted from socializing! She also eats warm food now instead of cold!!! I am so happy I was able to get her moved! Our loved one is a new person and it is amazing!! Since she has been at The Pointe, her medication has been provided in a timely manner. They check in daily to seek if and when she would like to shower. She had asked been introduced to other residents that are on her same level! She has been to a concert held there, made me a beautiful wreath, they took them to get ice cream, held s TN tailgate party in the lobby, held karaoke night prompted some of the residents to go enjoy the courtyard! The staff even calls me and my daughter by name. It's evident that they have talked and gotten to know my mom's "new personality". They have shared with me what they have learned agitates her, what gets her turned around and what she enjoys talking about and know things about her past! I am finally sleeping at night for the first time since she had to join a memory care facility! She no longer calls me crying and telling me she is in hell or that someone was mean to her. This happened on a nightly basis! She has an emergency call button that activates correctly!

I would say that I would live there. It's clean, bright, great staff, wonderful atmosphere.As soon as you walk in you feel a bright and positive atmosphere. Clean and well kept. Friendly staff. Nice rooms. So many facilities are depressing and dark. I didn't feel that at all when I walked into The Pointe.

We looked at many facilities looking for the perfect place for my daddy. As soon as we walked into The Pointe we knew we were home. The team was so warm and welcoming. The staff was knowledgeable and looked put together and professional. The caregivers were visible and helping residents. The memory care director was so nice and helpful to ease our nerves with the big move. Now that he has moved in, he is doing so well and I wish we would have done this sooner. Cannot recommend The Pointe enough!!!!

My mother in law (90) spent the last 2 1/2 years of her life in care at The Pointe at Lifespring. She received the kindest, most loving and thoughtful care we could have ever asked for or imagined right up until her passing on [date removed]. She was treated with dignity and respect, and cared for like she was the matriarch of The Pointe family. We are eternally grateful for the leadership, staff and support from The Pointe, and recommend them for the care of you or your loved one. My MIL suffered from dementia and Alzheimer's for many years. The staff at The Pointe has a highly trained and dignifed memory care area. We can't thank [name removed] and [name removed], as well as the entire staff for the love and compassion over the past 2 1/2 years. We have been blessed to know and love The Pointe community. We had used 2 other care facilities in Knoxville prior to moving her into The Pointe, this made us fully aware of the differences in levels of care. The Pointe was by far the best!

Beautiful campus and location! Staff and Management are wonderful and easy to deal with. The team is very engaged with members and the assisted living community. Tons of events and interactions with the residents and the staff.

If you are looking for assisted living or memory care, look no further...you are HOME! The Pointe at Lifespring is the BEST! The staff goes above and beyond, and it is truly the highest quality of care, food, activities, etc. that you will find! Their programming exceeds all expectations. Your loved one will thrive!!! Highly recommend!!! It is on my more expensive side, but you get what you pay for!! The entire team is top tier!

This was an okay community. They wouldn't take my loved one due to prior medical notes. It felt more of a sales pitch by the community for occupancy. The basic needs are met.

My dad's transition to The Pointe ALF has been wonderful. The staff are always upbeat and eager to serve well. They have been very patient as he has become acclimated and to develop a routine, particularly for payments. The food is exceptional and activities are appreciated.

The cleanliness, friendliness, activities, and distance to family make this community a great place for my loved one. Some of the activities available are bingo, outings, movie nights, celebrations, and more are available for the residents to choose from.

They do a great job. They look after our loved one, and they find ways to work around each resident's unique issues. Our loved one was falling a lot when he first got there, but they made sure to keep him close by so they can keep a closer eye on him, and that has resolved. They always have the residents up and busy doing activities. I have one issue and one issue only. We just have multiple points of contact in our family, and they don't always call me first. The memory care unit knows to call me first, so it might just be the other offices that don't know. But needless to say, they're doing great.
