I wish they would do more for those that come and have a hard time adjusting like counseling etc even if it was offered and had to pay for it) but the care for Assisted Living and memory care may have been where mom should've gone but she wouldn't have gone to that side even if we would've suggested it.

I loved the staff. Very friendly and helpful. [name removed] room was one of the larger rooms available and it was great. Not sure about the activities but I know they kept her busy.

Overall Experience: Excellent I am very satisfied with my time at The Vantage, and I find it to be an outstanding choice in senior living. The high-quality services and facilities offered offer impressive value for the cost. Cleanliness: Excellent The Vantage maintains high standards of cleanliness across the facility, contributing to a comfortable and welcoming environment. Friendliness of Staff: Excellent The staff at The Vantage consistently go above and beyond to be pleasant and helpful. Their dedication to the residents creates a positive atmosphere and fosters community. Quality of Care: Excellent I have found the quality of care to be exceptional. The staff's attentiveness and professionalism are reassuring and contribute significantly to my peace of mind. Meals/Dining: Very Good While the dining room's appearance is good, it could benefit from updates to align with the facility's overall high standards. The food quality and variety are very good, contributing to a pleasant dining experience. Activities: Very Good The Vantage offers a wide array of diverse and engaging activities. These opportunities allow residents to connect with others, pursue interests, and stay active. Value for Cost: Excellent The Vantage offers excellent value, balancing quality amenities and services with reasonable cost, making it a fantastic investment in senior living. I would honestly rate everything with a 4.5. We visited a few places and felt like the Vantage was the best fit for my mother. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the residents and keep track of my mother just like she was part of their own family. I have spoken with or met almost all of the management and feel very comfortable with my decision. The facility is always clean without the sterile hospital environment and smells. They decorate for the seasons and holidays and my mother has enjoyed the parties and activities. She says that the food is very good with a few exceptions, but she has managed to gain back the weight she lost at the place she lived in before moving to the Vantage. I think that the change of environment and my mother's dementia caused her to have some issues when she first moved there, but the staff was extremely helpful and patient with her and kept me informed anytime something came up. The cost is about the same as the other places we visited, but the residents at the Vantage seemed to be more social and happy to be there instead of just staying in their apartments.

The staff is excellent and that is what matters most. They really care and know the residence. I am very happy with the move. Be careful and verify facts before committing. Sales is sometimes “salesy” and we were told a few things prior to moving in that turned out to be inaccurate but still glad we moved mom in. All in all very happy!!

I highly recommend The Vantage at Cityview. The people who handle sales and marketing went above and beyond to come up with a perfect solution to fit my sister's needs. Although I did not have an opportunity to visit in person, a trusted friend and pictures and videos gave me a beautiful impression. The people here are truly caring. Thank you Vantage at Cityview!

My father is at The Vantage Independent Living and really loves where he is at. My father is one of the official volunteers who welcomes everyone, so I know he is having a wonderful time there. The only meal options require breakfast and lunch/dinner. This is not a horrible issue (and I understand the cost), but it would be nice to choose any two meals of the day. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

Although the Vantage at Cityview had some amazing people in Memory care, the overall experience is way over-rated. Cleanliness of Memory Care and staff to patient ratio is way low on the scale. Food is moderate at best. Activities is very good but cost does not match overall amenities. Raised my Moms rent $770/month with no additional care. Higher management is raping the elderly at limited income with no regard for any additional care or amenities. Jolie is phenomenal at being in charge of Memory care but as with corporate America the higher ups are stuffing their pockets at the expense of our elderly and mentally challenged loved ones. A disgrace. I'd do my homework before admitting my loved one to the Vantage.

The Vantage at Cityview is awesome. We chose this facility because they offered more for the amount of money. The rooms here are very nice, the staff members are available at anytime, and any issues you have they get them resolved quickly. They do the best they can to switch up the meals and give residents a good variety. I would recommend to others looking.

The Vantage is a really nice facility. It has a fated parking lot and memory care was on the 4th floor, so there were too many codes that he would have to remember to get in.

I changed my review from 5 stars to 2, after contacting corporate and got NO response. The food has gone really, really bad. It improved for a while last year while an executive from corporate worked there, then went down to worse than ever. The residents ALL complain about it to each other, but are sadly too intimidated to complain to the cook and management. And the management takes advantage of their intimidation. What do seniors have to look forward to as much as a tasty meal? Well, not here they don't. When I visit mom end of September I'll take her and her friends to check out better homes for them. They deserve to get what they're paying for, and here they no longer care. Don't move in here.
