They were also very compassionate in the way they helped with my Mother and my family in a very difficult time. I would highly recommend Lucas Place for loved one. WoodCreek Bend Memory Care is a family setting community. The staff is very loving with the residents. The building is getting some upgrade at for a library, tranquility area and spa room for residents. They goal is to keep the residents healthy and safe. You are not only moving your loved one in you are joining a family.

This facility has been a pleasure to visit. When I first stepped into the building, the welcoming smile and lovely scent was a pleasure. I love the way that every door is locked to keep residents and employees safe. It's not too many memory care /assisted living facilities I have visited that have friendly faces and secure like WCB. I feel that my loved one is in a great place. The director Willie is such a caring young man and works well with my family.

The second i walked into Woodcreek Bend, i felt the family vibe connection. I had my preconceive notions that all Assisted Living places had a smell. NOT Woodcreek. It was clean and inviting. The staff greeted myself and my wife and you can tell it wasn't rehearsed. They toured us around the place and all the residents looked happy and involved in the program that was going on at the time. We didn't see people just sitting around. The information they gave us about the community was really good and you can tell that they really care about their residents and building. Like i stated in my title. AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!

Lucas Place provides an environment that is friendly , supportive and caring. The staff is WONDERFUL with very low turnover and who really do care for their clients. They are very informed and helpful when moving in and the compassion they show for the family is truly heartfelt. Highly recommend Lucas Place for assisted living needs

I spoke with a representative about possible residential placement at Lucas place. My first impression was a very warm welcoming greeting as well as a very clean facility. The rep was very detailed with the information she provided. She gave me a complete tour of the facility and showed me the different floor plans which I thought was great. She also provided me with phone numbers in case I needed further assistance. This is definitely a place where I would like my loved one to reside. Thank you for your awesome hospitality.

My experience at Lucas Place has been a rare and very special one. The staff has been phenomenal. Each time I visit, I'm greeted with smile and a warm welcome by the staff and the residents, and that's very rare in this industry, but it says a lot about the love and care the residents are receiving at Lucas Place. When I go into any organization and I see the residents, family members and staff happy, I know it's a special place.

I love the memory care here. They are so patient and understanding of our needs. I have so impressed with what they have been able to offer. I am thankful to [name removed] and [name removed] for helping us out through all of this change.

Our family had an in person tour and they made a great first impression - it was a tough decision and ultimately we went with another community but we can confidently stay if our loved one was at Bradfield Place we would be happy

Anytime our loved one has a set back whether it is medically or behavioral changes they are so accommodating and work with her and redirect her correctly. We really appreciate that and we would highly recommend The Springs community based on our experience so far to other families.

This was a really good place for my loved one. I would recommend the community for the individuals who are more on the active side of life still. I think this is the best place my loved one stayed at. The staff communication with the family was good, and they were good at responding to questions and concerns the family had. The community worked well with the hospice the family selected.

The Winkler Place is a very nice, friendly and caring facility for my loved one. He is receiving very good care and says the food is delicious. He enjoys the activities and therapy.

We chose Emerson South Collins mainly because of the overall appearance of the facility, it presented really well. The staff were also wonderful during our tour. The apartment sizes are very nice, it has been a perfect fit for my mom. I would definitely recommend this facility.

I am in the process of looking for places for my spouse. I stopped looking when I got to The Lucas Place. [name removed]has been the most helpful with all of my questions and concerns. Going way beyond then she is expected. I’m having trouble getting the VA to give my husband his benefits. She is always a text away when I need her. I have never met a more caring person who loves what she is doing. There are not enough letters for this review to tell you how your staff are doing. [name removed] gave us a tour and she was absolutely down to earth. I have enjoyed my visits there and if I can’t get my husband in there, I will still tell everyone to bring their loved ones there..

Based on our tour, I thought Chisholm Place was a very nice place. And the staff seemed very friendly. It was just very expensive and more than my loved one wanted to pay.

Broadmoor Place is a beautiful community. The staff from leadership to Chef is absolutely outstanding. They go above and beyond for their residents and families. They make everyone feel welcome and valued. In the 20 years of being in healthcare, this is by far the best community I’ve ever been in. I’m grateful for such a wonderful community.
