Pinecrest is a fantastic senior community. Lots of fun events to keep residents happy and engaged. Staff is warm and friendly.

I chose Carmel Place because it is a fairly new facility, well maintained, and well managed. When you come in you can see the cleanliness. The apartment sizes are spacious depending on the unit you pick. My favorite part about living in this community was the management of the property and the responsiveness to the tenants. They also have a swimming pool and you are able to have pets here. I would recommend this community. .

We moved my mother into the Atrium Village in Feb. 2020. Its been a wonderful blessing to have her there. She is in IL and is enjoying her place. The things they have in place to keep her safe are very important. They call each day and have an alarm in the bathroom if she needs help. The calendar of activities is great, though she didnt get to participate since the beginning of COVID. They have made excellent choices in keeping the residents safe. Even the National Guard, in their review of practices stated that they wished that other facilities did what the Atrium did. I feel comfortable that she is there. The staff have been very friendly and concerned. I appreciate [name removed]'s leasership and the tireless effort he and [name removed] and the staff have done to keep the residents safe and healthy. Mom enjoy's walking the hallways and sitting outside, things which she hardly did at her previous home. (she was in a single level townhouse) I appreciate [name removed]'s availability via text message and the letters/emails sent out on regular intervals notifying us of developments at the Atrium. I would highly recommend the Atrium Village at Owings Mills.

Lived here 5 years ago, my husband passed away and I have moved back to be with my friends at Pinecrest.

I really like my grandma living in this community, the team is engaged and the new Executive Director is positive and upbeat- I would definitely recommend all of my friends that are looking for senior living for their loved one to move into this community

We chose this community because of the proximity to where I live. Also we needed something that included everything. The room sizes are large. My parents have all 3 meals there, they like the food. If you take COVID out of the equation, they have more variety, but they only have 2 choices per meal right now. My favorite part about this community has been knowing the staff is always there for my parents when they need them. I would recommend Carmel Place. They have had no positive cases of COVID. They bring meals to rooms 3 times a day and limit what people can do. At times my parents get frustrated, but they understand.

This place is gorgeous and doing new 12,000,000 renovation. Great amenities. Services have fees. Too far away and little pricey

We chose this community because the location is near our family and the programs offered seemed good. For the most part , the caregivers are fine. My sister likes the staff, they engage with her, and they seem to really like her. i would recommend this community to other families.

People are friendly and they make you feel at home. No one gets ignored, they make you feel appreciated. The community is well kept, ran, and cared for. It's a very attractive place. You're made to feel at home.

The team here at The Georgian is available and ready to help. Overall, the team is friendly, problem solvers, and they set themselves apart because they're so inclusive to all the team and residents.

There has been no Corona Virus problem. It's been difficult as a resident to be confined by the people in charge have kept us safe and still moving around.
