Comfort Keepers

Comfort Keepers has been wonderful to my father. They are quick to help in a pinch and professional and friendly. They figured out just the personality that would match my dad and we really enjoyed working with them.

We have been using Comfort Keepers for over a year now and we couldn't be happier. We started out with just an hour a day and we now have them 5 hours a day 7 days a week. I don't know what we would do without them!

Please accept my thanks for everything Comfort Keepers of Flemington did for my Mom. She was very happy with the in-home care she received right up through the last day. This is home care so the cleanliness and activities categories really don't apply. We are overwhelmed with happiness, someone from up above sent us these wonderful people. We have had the same care person ever since we started. She checks in with us. She always emails or calls me after she has been there, and sometimes while she is still there. It's like our prayers have been answered. Their billing is once a week and I can do it online. Their pricing is reasonable they really impressed me. I couldn't be happier with A Place For Mom as well, our advisor Lesley Cook has been wonderful.

Great service. Patient, caring aides. Everyone works very hard to be a partner and to support both my mom and our family. Feels like they have been with us forever.

I have the same person all the time and they are very prompt and if there is an issue they call right away so we can reschedule. I got a better response from them than other agencies, which is one reason I chose them. They were available to have someone out right away and I feel like they picked the person they sent out to match my needs. I'm very, very pleased.

We hired Comfort Keepers to take care of our dad in his own home. They are there to help him with ADLs. It has been about two weeks and all is well. All of the caregivers have been very nice and dad is happy. His residence provides meals, cleaning, and activities so I did not provide ratings for those areas below.

The staff was exceptionally helpful in the process of getting my mom into the facility. The marketing coordinator even visited the doctor's to obtain the required medical forms. The nursing staff worked hard to coordinate the medical assessment and the director was thorough yet compassionate in exposing the contract. My mom will be moving in today. The facility is beautiful and staffed with caring qualified people.

They have been super positive! I can't say enough about how wonderful they have been. They have been very accommodating. She was reluctant to spend money on herself, and they explained things to her how things were going to be, and that helped a lot. I think they are fair in price. The girl cleans and does laundry grocery shops and goes to the store. There is a minimum of 3 hours. They are companion care not medical care, so if you are looking for medication management or something I don't think this is the right place for that. There are people available on weekends, I just can't say enough good words about comfort keepers, the way they do the scheduling.... from the top down they have just been so accomodating and great.

We used Comfort Keepers of Flemington, New Jersey, for our Mom and Dad the past three years so they could remain home as long as possible. Thanks to Comfort Keepers, they were able to stay safe at home until the very end when we had to move them to a facility due to their failing health. In fact, Comfort Keepers recommended we should do this and provided us with a list of local facilities. The caregivers were all wonderful caring people and the office staff kept my entire family informed. Not easy since I have six siblings and we all live out of state. I interviewed many senior home care agencies while searching for care for my Dad, but only one agency stood above the rest and that was Comfort Keepers of Flemington. I knew Comfort Keepers was different the moment Kelly walked into our home for the initial home visit. She simply educated my family on Comfort Keepers and the different home care services they provide. She told us the process of matching clients to caregivers. Then, she just answered our questions....and we had a lot! Kelly was kind, thoughtful and caring. She made us all feel comfortable. Our caregiver was excellent as well. She was always prompt, knowledgeable, attentive, understanding and compassionate. Linda and Dad formed a special bond. They became best friends! Comfort keepers was the first at home care cna service that called me back. Michele was very personable and went out of her way to answer my questions. She hand selected a nurse that fit in just fine. Jessie is now like a member of the family

Comfort Keepers took care of my mother the last five years. However, the last year mom declined quickly from Parkinson's disease. Mom needed help bathing, eating, and the other basics we often take for granted. Our "Comfort Keeper" Tina made my mother's remaining time bearable, if not joy filled, and was at her side at all hours. The moment I met with Comfort Keepers of Flemington and Washington, NJ, it was clear this company knew what they were doing. From the initial RN assessment, to the Plan of Care, to picking the perfect caregiver for Mom, Comfort Keepers was with me and mom at every turn. The staff in Flemington is wonderful to work with. We were really happy with them. It was the first time we ever needed anybody to do this kind of care and they were just right on the money. We weren't disappointed with anything - the people, the sercive - anything.
