Finding assisted living is a tough job but helped so much by A Place for Mom who pointed me to Russellville Park. Russellville Park is just what my mother-in-law needed. We feel confident she will be well cared for, and appreciate the support of the staff. Piece of mind and emotional help for the family members means a lot and Russellville Park does their very best to make sure all the bases are covered. I can't thank them enough.

I really liked the approach the staff takes towards care services and the reputation they have is really helpful. The location of this community was extremely convenient for me they are literally my neighbor and are located directly behind where I live. My mother says the food is very good and we are very pleased. The staff is just great, pleasant and always very helpful. They are very accommodating from the top to the bottom. We could not complain at all. Everything we have asked for has been granted. We are very pleased with Emeritus and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

They need to clarify that they don't provide nursing care just oversight

We are satisfied with the facility. They seem to be a bit short staffed and communication to family needs improvement but place is clean, reasonably priced and the staff they have seems caring.

Everyone has been extremely helpful and friendly.

From the first time I came here I decided this is where I wanted to live. Sometimes somethings are a little lax but not enough to make me want to leave. All the residents are very friendly get along very well. This is place is small enough so that we are a real community. The staff are caring and always try to help with my problem that I my have.

I like the set up of the facility in a circle around a courtyard. I like that the staff is sure that mom is safe. I wish for a little more engagement.

My sister was not ready for independence living and went to an assisted care facility. Treeo is a good place and we're very helpful. I would recommend them for those who can live independently.

The staff is great Front office people good also. Can't comment on food. I would recommend them for others who are searching for memory care for their loved one. It's a great place. Very happy.

My mom is in their memory care now and we are not as happy with that. Her hygiene is not as good and laundry service is bringing her clothes that are not hers. Cleanliness of Opal could be better.

Maintenance can also be a challenge; requests aren't always addressed in a timely manner. The community has a very friendly atmosphere, and it's easy to make connections with others. Unfortunately, the food options aren't great for someone needing a heart-healthy diet.

[name removed] in activities was extraordinary. We would recommend Salterra Senior Living at Melbourne to other families based on the experience so far.

The staff and residents are very friendly and they know who the residents are. My Mom loves the activities offered and the community.

What stood out is it's a Nice clean modern facility. Staff was friendly meals and activities were well structured . Drawback was with paid for extra dementia care, the facility was understaffed especially at night and weekends and care was sparse.

Staff quickly learns name of new residents, and helps residents settle into the new schedule there!

Friendly staff. Nice facility, pool, weight room, social area with pool table, card table, games and crafts, grand piano area. Good restaurant for family meals. Overall nice place that I feel comfortable for my mom to live at. Tons of activities. We are happy with Fairwinds Redmond. And I appreciate the help I got from A Place for Mom

My Mother always said she didn't want to live in a huge facility, this is small an quaint, she likes that feel. She has a good few very nice staff ( her aids) that she has become very comfortable with. They are caring attentive working with her. The staff have made it their job to include an be social with her. Making time for her.

Our 2 bedroom two bath is very usable and lovely. It has great staff and they are very helpful. Our room is in the original school building and very quiet. We love a reserved parking space. The only disadvantage is they are currently in the process of a remodel. This will be temporary. The dining room is lovely and the food is consistently excellent. Everyone wears a name tag which is wonderful for making everyone feel welcome. The activities are varied, interesting and enjoyable..

Good food, good location for people who like to walk along wetlands, watch the train go by, second level balcony is a good place to watch / listen to concerts (especially for people in wheelchairs). Staff attentive and friendly.
