I liked them very much. They had a friendly staff. They were very clean and I like the fact that it was small. I just seemed like a very homey atmosphere which was great.

At this moment, 9-5-2013, The Lodge has the best activities director in Great Falls. She loves every resident as if they were her own mother or father and every resident receives multiple hugs per day. If your family member wants to be active and participate in activities on and off campus the Lodge is the for you. If your family member needs help with medication, dressing, or other ADLs, The Lodge has experienced caring staff. I recommend that all medications be administered by the facility regardless of the resident's abilities. If you think your loved one can administer their medications then I challenge you to sit down and fill their pill box correctly AND do you remember, everyday, to take your medications at the correct time? Proper delivery of medications and nutritious meals is the best love you can give. The nurses and their assistants pay attention to every wrinkle in every resident. I have received calls when they have observed a change. It is the quick attention to details that shorten the effects of illness. I have never seen a facility that is so quick to sanitize every square inch of the entire building at the sound of the first sneeze.

Very friendly and accommodating staff from our initial point of contact for securing the unit, to the medication staff and dining folks. Upon move-in, they loaned us furniture and even some clothing as my father's former hospice "misplaced" most of his clothing. Everyone tries to help make it as smooth as a process as possible, especially when it came to explaining standard processes and procedures. But keeping updates on information and changes with staff day by day was the hardest part.

Overall great experience. A couple of areas that could use improvement. 1) Their mail service!!! A FEW times, deliveries have been delivered to the Boone Ridge next door and no one says anything from Boone Ridge next door. After a few days and our family's time on research, the deliveries were eventually found next door. Also, MANY times, it has taken a FEW days to be notified of a package or not at all. One example, was this week, when the store said the order was delivered a few days ago. The front desk couldn't find the box but eventually found the box 2 days later (4 total days after it was delivered). Another example was when a SURPRISE flower bouquet was delivered . THREE days later son asked if the flowers had been received......they had NOT.....but found them in the front office on someone's desk, sadly a little wilted!!! Good thing son asked about the flowers because who knows if it would have ever made it to the room. The flowers had a card with name and room # on it! Anyway, everyone has been very nice and helpful in trying to locate these delivery mishaps, but these mishaps happen way too often! 2) They seem to be understaffed with maintenance as it takes many days for even minor attendance to the room (i.e. change a light bulb).

It is a very nice place, but I was too young to be there. Very friendly. It was my mistake. I should have gone to the dining hall before I moved in. I should have visited a few times before I moved in.

We had a great tour and an easy move in, once state rules were followed. My friend has had a hard time adapting to this lovely place,even though the staff is very caring and trying hard to help. The meals must be pretty good as she eats them all up. She is encouraged to participate in all the activities such as bowling,flower arranging, even paintng and gardening. Even at 92 they try to keep her busy and interested. There is a visiting Doctor which makes it easier on us to not have to take her out for that service. They are able to handle the medications very well. I feel she is safe at Hill top Springs. I don't worry about her knowing that they are taking good care of my loved one.

It has been remodeled very nice facility. Lots of activities every day. Staff is pleasant.

Value for cost is lower mainly because it is a tad pricey for us but most likely not for all. We love you all and wish we could afford to have [name removed] there, but unfortunately, we've exhausted all our savings. Hugs to everyone! You will be so missed!! If anyone can afford it, it is one of the best places anywhere. The care staff is excellent. The food very very good! I can't say enough good things about Timber Creek. Wish I could afford it!!

I know is mom has no complaints about Heron Point! They did just change hands, and the food has been much better! So all in all, we are very happy with Heron Point! At first I wasn't sure! But now that she knows her caregivers and some of the people! I think I would give a 4! Nothing can really ever compare to being in your own home!

The staff was very nice. Her room was well taken care of. There was one disappointing. When she moved in the main dining room had a full menu. A lot of choices, almost like a restaurant. After awhile, that all changed. Limited menu, like one size fits all. It felt like a bait and switch situation.

They are very friendly - might be a little under staffed, but the do get the job done. For the food, I think it would be nice if they tried different specials. Also, at breakfast fluffier pancakes and hotter hash browns. For the activities - I think they should let the tenant fill out 3 activities they'd like to do and compare with others.

The best thing to me is that the whole staff knows my mother and knows what she likes. They are attentive to her needs.

We are happy with the place with the exception of a couple of the staff are a little hard for mom to deal with. Are we thinking of moving her NO. Would I place her that again. YES. Typical problems but the rest of the services far outweigh the problems. We did look at several other places that were comparable in pricing but this place was the nicest. We picked this community because of the location, and it was close.

We chose Timber Creek because it was the best option we could find in town.This is a new facility in town and I think they are still settling in so there are a few rough edges. It is probably the best place in town for assisted living and is, overall, very good. The staff is experiencing some turnover at the aide level and I think that may settle down. Everyone is very caring and friendly. It's a hard job and they're definitely trying to do it well.

They have been helpful helping my dad settle in and being attentive. The staff is sweet and friendly Apartments are a great size.

I would say that all senior facilities seem to have a large turnover of employees, but the only way to know what a place is really like is to talk to people. If you can tour and talk to people living there and ask about how Long employees last, how the food and care are, etc that would be helpful. Knowing others that have family staying there, and getting their feedback is ideal, but that isn't always possible. Food was always an issue & got worse with time, as well as food service.

Our family had an in person tour and we really liked the experience.

I was visiting a friend at Meadowlark. I found it very appealing not only in appearance but there was a cleanliness about the building that you don't always find in assisted living companies. I really thought the staff I talked to and interacted with very uplifting. They had activities planned for the residents and while I was there Safe Haven brought in puppies for the residents. Overall I thought it was a nice place.

I've been here for a long time, over two and a half years. I like my tower apartment. It has a good view out the windows and is very quiet. There is some turn over and staff leaving.. Heron Pointe does not pay for my animals medical bills. Aside from that I don't have any complaints. It's a good place to live.

Very friendly staff, the med techs are wonderful and are very experienced! There are many caregivers that are very helpful and caring. I have many friends here and enjoy the church service on Sunday.
