StoryPoint is a great extended care facility. The residents are cared for well and the facility is very clean and tidy. Staff is helpful and easily accessible.

Danbury in Cuyahoga Falls is a very pretty place! I was recently in for a tour to look at their memory care. It was very bright, clean and the residents appeared to be well taken care of. It is a small place which I loved! The staff were very friendly during my visit. They also sent me home with a box of cookies freshly made by their chef...very thoughtful and sweet! Highly recommend.

I am currently a resident of Independence Village of Petoskey. The staff is very caring and helpful. I feel very safe and cared fore here and appreciate the three meals a day provided.

StoryPoint's staff is truly caring, compassionate and respectful of the residents. If we have any questions or concerns concerning our mother the staff are proactive and encourage us to call them at any time 24/7. The activities provided are wonderful and enjoyed by all. Thank you!

Very very good

When I was searching for a place to live, StoryPoint Rockford was the best place I had ever seen. I moved in about three weeks ago and my husband joined me this week. I absolutely love it here. There is so much to do and the people are wonderful and accepting. I tell people all the time that StoryPoint is the first step into heaven for me!

My father moved to Powell Senior Living 2 weeks ago and is thriving in just this brief time. Having moved from his hometown of 87 years was his biggest concern. The residents and staff have warmly welcomed him and he’s quickly adjusting to his new home. Many varied activities are available for all interests and he’s acquiring new interests and meeting new friends each day. The staff is attentive to any need and quickly accommodates any request. I highly recommend this community due to the friendly and safe environment, respectful/professional staff, cleanliness, private apartments, meals, services and activities!

Absolutely the most wonderful place we could have ever imagined to place our parents. The staff are genuine, caring, and willing to make anything work. I am beyond grateful for StoryPoint of Waterville!

Although it is taking awhile for us to adjust to a different style of living, the management and staff of Waterville StoryPoint have gone above and beyond their responsibility to satisfy us with care, service, and meals. We feel we have chosen the best of the local senior living facilities.

Independence Village is a great place for my mom. The food is excellent, there are multiple activities each day, transportation, as well as close proximity to services.

My parents moved into Story Point in Waterville Ohio back in September 2018 and absolutely love it! The staff is caring and genuinely interested in their well being. Story Point is a beautiful place to live and every need is taken care of. I love the peace of mind I have knowing many people are watching out for them. The food is absolutely amazing and I always look forward to dining with them. They enjoy all of the activities and trips around the area and they are also transported to their doctors appointments. We couldn't ask for a nicer place!

As soon as we walked in mom feel in love. She liked the appearance the staff everything about this place. Pricing is good better actually than most places. I would definitely recommend this place.

It is clean and it smells great. There are windows all over the place and it is nice to see the subdivision out the windows. In the summer I can see the lake.

This is one of the finest facilities I have be involved with and the staff was very accommodating. The room and food service was perfect for our Decluttering and Buying/Selling Real Estate Expo and are planning to conduct another one in April. Thanks, StoryPoint. We love it for Mom! The staff is simply fantastic. The food is delicious - and there's so much of it all day long! - and the activities are numerous and varied. They really encourage the residents to get out of their isolation and get involved. The fact that they have church services in a small chapel onsight is a HUGE plus for Mom who was really missing being able to go to church now that she's no longer driving. We couldn't be happier. The only real issue we've had - and this one is minor in the grand scheme of things - is how far Mom has to walk down the halls to get to the lobby, dining room, and activity room, but the flip side of that is that she's met a lot of people on her way to and from her room!

Great staff, clean, friendly, safe. Great decision for a place for our parents to live

I have been a resident of Three Creeks Senior Living since day one. In fact I was the first to enter the building on opening day. Was kind of disappointed that there was not a ribbon to cut. Since that day i have witnessed a coming together of many different personalities. The effort here was to create a family. Of course we know that not all families are happy families and there are various reason why they are not. Let me say this, what has happened here in the past 20 months, is amazing, residents are concerned about each others welfare plus the staff exhibit the same concern. A few months ago I had a a very difficult time fighting a bout of Cancer. The outpouring of help from both residents & staff was amazing. Many visited me in the Hospital & my apartment afterward. It is a difficult transition, there is a need for both residents & staff to make an effort to make the " Family" work. It's working !

Living here is very enjoyable. I really enjoy housekeeping, maintenance and Bingo. The food is great and we have a lot of choices of entrees. I would refer my friends to live here.
