This is a wonderful place to live. The staff is excellent. Our housekeeping and laundry services are perfect. They have many activities for us to choose from. Our dining room is very pretty with linen tablecloths. Fresh flowers on each table. There is a can to take is for appointments and errands. I highly recommend this location.

My father was one of the first residents in Powell Memory Care. The facility if beautiful and the food is very good. The staff is very friendly and caring. They have gone out of their way to engage my father in activities that he enjoys. Everyone has been very helpful in seeing that his needs are being met. He really enjoys playing golf on the beautiful patio and taking walks out to look at the pond!

I have been caring for a resident here for over a year no and you could not ask for a better staff or management. All the residents are great and so friendly. They have everyday all day activities. The food is amazing with many choices. I love when I walk down the halls and everyone is so kind, always with a smile. It is one of the most beautiful places inside out, by far.

Housekeeping service is excellent, friendly, helpful employees - a recent hire, [name removed], surprised and pleased me greatly - she has washed out our very soiled patio glass windows and they were shining brightly as we entered our apartment. Maybe it was because she had more time that day - or because she saw a great need! 5 stars!! Note: All of the above reflects well on the head of housekeeping!!

StoryPoint is always welcoming and the staff is friendly. The caregivers are some of the best I've ever met along with the kitchen staff, maintenance staff and housekeeping staff. This is a great community that anyone would be lucky to join!

I am very happy with the care my mother has received at Carmel Senior Living, both in Assisted Living and Memory Care. Although my mother can be difficult, staff has consistently been kind and patient with her, even at times when they weren't aware that I was watching. It has been my experience that staff notices and attends to patient needs and communicates with me. I should probably add that my mother has been in other facilities and Carmel Senior Living has taken the best care of my mother.
