This facility is clean, organized and well run. . .during the day. The evening or night staff is just not as attentive as the staff that is there in the daytime. It is just too bad, because the day staff is just wonderful.

We really like our cottage and the large garage is a plus. Downside, independent living is a small percentage of residents, so most of emphasis is on assisted living residents.

Staff change over is frequent which is why we gave the overall experience a 3. The care services get a 4 due to limited staff and turnover. The meals and dining services is declining due to high costs. Memory Care is a challenge anywhere in the state. But they due their best.

"New" or remodeled facility was very nice. Senior management change occurred while my mother was a resident. A lot of activities and good plans. But that may have distracted a bit from daily basic care of residents. Constant, intense recruiting and interviewing for staff supports my thoughts that they were understaffed in quantity and quality. There were a couple of OUTSTANDING caregivers and many mediocre. My mother was a middle to advanced stage dementia resident, and in my opinion, she did NOT get enough personalized attention, considering we were paying for the maximum level of care. I want to say the experience at Mosaic was good, but in reality mediocre is the best I would rate.

Staff can't remember to make the bed although it is a service included in my $[removed]/month charges. I must request it daily. Place not well managed. Clean and new but otherwise not a place for mom. Can't recommend it.

My loved one is a resident at Hilltop Springs Senior Living. The facility had made many changes since my loved one has moved in. For some reason, the independent living dinning gets more selection and longer hours but the assisted living residents can't go there now. I believe that is discrimination. Also, the rent has raised by 4% within 4 months and my loved one may not be able to afford it soon.

Sunnycrest Senior Living is a really nice facility, but they are having staffing shortages just like everyone else is right now.

Our loved one was super excited and happy to move into Sunnycrest - however our loved one took a fall and broke their leg and now we are having an extremely difficult and frustrating time keeping up communication with the community. They are having a very hard time returning any of our phone calls.

It is a very very beautiful facility, but the main problem was the staffing. There was absolutely no staffing, it made communication difficult which made us nervous and uneasy about leaving her there alone. We just had high hopes.

My father has been at Sunnycrest for 7 months now. Moved from Montclair. There has been a lot of employee changes so Activity dir is very busy. She also has to drive the bus Tues and Thursday s for doc appts. Food is average. Chef changes as well. Very busy community. Prices are 2800 up. My dad is 3200 but always an increase yearly. Maintenance man is over work so if you need something fixed put your name on the list . Terrible internet signal . He has several friends but their activities could improve for more trips. Parking is terrible for community. It is nice that st. Jude is closed but a very busy area during the week.

I moved my loved one out of this community. He did not like the experience with them. He needed more one on one care and they were not able to provide the care like an adult foster home.

This community needs some kind of orientation for the family members. We are not getting answers on the care that is given to us. Very short staffed. The wait time for the meals is very long. Meals are extra if needed to be brought into my mother's room. Medications are not always refilled as soon as needed. The cleaning needs to be improved. Transportation to doctor's appointments need to be improved due to my mom has to wait in the van if others are taken to there doctor's appointments. Better care should be provided. My mom is hopeful that there will be improvements soon. Meals need to be improved. My mom has not wanted to participate at this time, but hope that soon she will want to be active and be involved at a later time. At this time I would not recommend this to others until improvements are made.

Food service could be better. If a tray is sent to a residents room it often arrives barely warm or cold. Dining room service is pretty good but the food needs more seasonings to give it more flavor.

Facility is clean and well staffed. Memory care has only shared rooms. Which are small and only allow room for a single bed a side table and possibly a small chest of drawers. No TV in the room.

This is a very beautiful facility. It is spacious and clean here. The daytime staff is wonderful. They are kind, attentive and caring. The problem is the evening staff. They seem like they are lazy and do not care about the residents. More attention should be paid to who this facility hires for the evening shift.

Our experience with Sunnycrest Senior Living has been somewhat mixed. The people here are friendly, but the care and services aren't quite what we were hoping. My loved one has had some maintenance issues that they've been a little slow in resolving.

I decided to write this review from two years ago because I am planning to visit Sunnycrest again to see if the food has changed. It was pretty bad when I first went. The price is also very steep, but it may be worth it if the food has improved because it was a nice place. It is clean, the staff is friendly, and the location works well for my situation. I may consider it if my next tour goes well.

the Director has been more than helpful with information and ideas to help with Mom. This place was a little more "rustic" than we expected but everyone was nice and cheerful. And they were about to get all new carpet which would make it very nice. The biggest problem was the location which is out of our normal areas of daily travel. All Mom's doctors are two blocks from Wynwoood, which would make it more convenient for me when taking her to all her medical appts. This place also accepts Veterans benefits and medicare.

The Director was gracious in showing me the facilities and invited me to lunch. All my questions were answered. Very nice facilities. Concerns are bus availabilty when I can no longer drive.

Did not like this place...nice people, but somewhat shabby.
