Sunrise Senior Living

My mom has been at Sunrise almost two years now, and it has been a great experience for not only my mom, but for our family as well. The inclusion of meals, laundry and skillful supervision makes it a great value. The convenience of in-house doctor visits and a hair salon is immeasurable. There are many activities to participate in including music, games, socials, short trips, front porch rocking, and walks around the nicely landscaped property. The staff is always cheerful and seems to really enjoy their job and giving care. I count many of them as personal friends now. I highly recommend Sunrise for your loved ones!

Initially both of my parents were in memory care because my father would not leave my mother's side. A difficult and unusual situation that sunrise managed to navigate. My mother spent her last days in dogwood with my father at her bedside. After a brief departure of a few months, my father returned to Assisted living. He was welcomed like a valuable and missed family member. We've gotten to know the staff pretty well over the last year and a half and they really have become an extension of our family. If there is a problem or an issue, definitely let someone know and they will address it. I wish I had known about Sunrise Parham during covid, I would have immediately moved my parents here. There is never a place as perfect as taking care of your parents yourself, however, all of the staff from sales to housekeeping to dining room to medical care, et al. are kind and attentive to needs. I am ever mindful that attitude reflects leadership and Sunrise Parham has outstanding leadership.

My mother lives in this facility and is adjusting better than our family thought. Everyone here is caring and compassionate. We appreciate your kindness and patience.

What our family likes the most about the Sunrise of Webster Groves is the transparency from the staff, the friendliness of the staff and the culture. Dad enjoys activities and reminders/ friendly peer pressure to come to things he would like

My loved one was previously a resident at Sunrise of Crystal Lake. I thought very highly of the staff and I liked them very much. Overall, a great experience at Sunrise of Crystal Lake and I would recommend them to others.

On my first visit to the Colonnades, I was pleasantly surprised by how often I was greeted by residents. Those cordial welcomes continued when I, too, became a resident, and soon, I had new friends. “Community” is quite real at the Colonnades, beginning with the so-helpful staff, who quickly knew my name, and with visits by the various departments heads who provided information and answered questions. A broad selection of activities and programs are designed for involved, informed participants. A notable feature of the community is its omnipresent light, with the outdoors visible around and above. This openness extends to the apartments, as each has a good-sized balcony or patio, all with views of the beautifully maintained property. Another important feature is its location, only minutes from the amenities of Charlottesville while the spacious grounds are surrounded by woods and walking trails. The Colonnades is a warm, secure, and energizing place to live one’s later years.

I chose this facility because it was closer to family members. If you're gluten free, you don't have many options. Like most places there is not much privacy or freedom. Overall I would recommend Sunrise of Johns Creek.

Bedford court takes great care of my clients. The team is professional, caring, and loves what they do! I love visiting, touring, and getting involved with the community. The sales team is top notch! The executive director is a wonderful leader! The activities make you feel like you’re on a cruise ship! The food is spectacular!

The staff is very helpful with the move in process! They make a hard decision a little easier and they're more than happy to take a little off your plate and make the process as easy as possible. My mom LOVES the staff and the food! The care team is responsive and considerate and management actually knows their residents and it shows! I couldn't be happier with my decision in trusting Sunrise with my family!!! 10/10!!!

I have had clients reside at the Holiday Greeley Place. The family members that I have an association with have been pleased with their experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. They strive to do the best job and follow through with requests. That's been my experience with the facility, clients who reside there, and with the staff contact that I have had.

My name is Joe and I love it here. I help get all the new residents get settled. I really love the staff and residents. I am a retired NYPD and suffered a stroke 3 years ago. This really give me purpose.

I had the chance to meet with [name removed] and she was so helpful. She showed me around and was so knowledgeable and kind. We are moving mom in next week. It will be a tough move but I am sure she will thrive once she is settled. I than Misha and Mikhail for being so understanding during the assessment.

Everyone is so caring and nice. My loved one is very well taken care of. So clean and fresh. Never dirty. That's so important.

Unfortunately things are not going well for my Aunt from an illnesses standpoint but the facility is wonderful. The help is extremely considerate and I would highly recommend Sunrise of West Babylon.

Understand "things" will happen but the genuine effort of all the staff (all services ) for professional and personal care is very good. Cost is high as far as my loved one is concerned as she's not able to engage in much of the available amenities. Thanks to all for the overall good care!

Well, nice people, properly trained, and taking care of people, who need help. It’s not perfect, but, what is? Some people need more help than others, but everyone gets taken care of, eventually. I recommend this Community, and it’s inhabitants, both male and female, to take care of your needs.

My aunt has finally found a place that feels like a family. They take great care of her needs and are always there to help. Very happy and and feel my aunt is safe and happy. Meals are excellent. 10 Stars!
