They only had one housekeeper to clean the entire community and the resident's rooms.\nThe staff made promises during the tour and before moving in and the promises weren't fulfilled on their end. \n\nThere were times the family brought concerns of theft to Management and our concerns weren't addressed and it felt swept under the rug. It felt like they were more concerned with filling the rooms with residents, than providing the care of the residents. I feel communication with the staff and family is lacking and could be improved.\n\nMy loved one loved the chef, and some of the other residents here. I believe the building is great!
